There aren't any. Everything after the war is either really blatant war propaganda (see OP movie - even though it's actually a pretty decent movie on a technical level and more than watchable if you don't know anything about the actual war), or absolute bullshit that's financed from EU funds, that has to be gay-friendly or neoliberal nihilism-friendly or whatever the fuck they're pushing that year.

Ex Yugoslavia on the other hand had some absolutely amazing movies, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWjfxvH8Rgg for example.
