Base it off the first book. Film it like castaway, till he finds his partner. Even then it wouldn't be done right, and have no satanic themes.

Doom doesn't have a plot, thats the problem. The story simply needs to imcoroporate the game's overall story setup, visuals, demons, themes, weapons, designs, style of violence as well as the enemy attacks. Do all of that and it will be a good Doom movie, the one that was made completely missed the mark when thats all it had to do. It should still be about just one man imo and he should heavily resemble Doom guy
