Except PCOS can be easily controlled with a proper diet and exercise routine? It is only a excuse for hitruism and excess testosterone production. But I have PCOS and I have a daily exercise routine (walking 4.8 miles everyday + hitting the gym every fucking day), and the "difficulty" to lose weight is a fucking myth.
