Do you think he killed Tom Cruise Heidecker?
No. Dr. San did through his negligence, and Tim and Ayaka are also culpable for continuing with his services and not taking him to the hospital when it was clear TCJ wasn't getting any better.

Of course not. As the anon above says, Dr. San's deranged methods and Tim's gullibility are at fault. I'm sorry, but he should have spent less time with Axiom and more at an actual hospital, like Gregg said. Poor kid, it's just awful.
Tim Heidecker has fabricated his son's death in order to benefit his music career. He is preying on our sympathy and selfishly banking on his made-up tragedy to win fame in the music industry.

This. If anything, Gregg tried to save him.
I don't want to point fingers or blame Tim because I know this is hard on him, but honestly, if he had just listened to Gregg, this tragedy might have been avoided. I know Tim fans mock us Greggheads for always taking everything back to Decker vs. Dracula, but this has to be said. Tim's jealousy towards Gregg which led to the unjust cancellation of DvD created a rift in their friendship, one that made them both resent each other more than ever. If Tim had just been happy for Gregg, they could've been in a position in their friendship where Gregg could've convinced Tim to take TCH to the hospital and TCH could still be here today.

and he had a fantastic role just down the pipe line. He probably would have reinvented what it meant to be a child actor.

It would've been a perfect storm. One of the most gifted child prodigies in acting history, TCH, with a revolutionary role in one of the greatest series of our time, DvD. It's so tragic that both were taken away from us too soon.
gonna be awkward if this kid dies in real life

Doesn't Tim have a baby and wife in real life? This is funny but kind of messed up
