Way back when this was first announced they said there would be no Jedi in the movie. I believe that's a bunch of horseshit. They have the Godzilla guy directing so Vader will be a force hanging over the film but we'll only get to see glimpses of him. There's probably going to be some mysterious person on the team who will strongly be implied to be a Jedi through the use of characters discussing the legendary warriors of myth, and at the climax of the movie when Vader is gonna kill the protagonist, the mysterious person is gonna whip out a lightsaber and the two will start to fight but we won't actually get to see more than the two lunging at each other while we follow the protagonist as he\she runs away.
