Yes.
Even if you've never seen any parodies like those you'd probably already know what goes down in those movies. They aren't complex, they're generic kids movies about good guys beating up bad guys who wear all black and do evil things for no real reason.

They go through the movie scene by scene and occassionally have a really weak joke.like the emperor farting. Everything else is just a badly animated re-make of the actual movies.
Robot Chicken did some actually funny skits and Spaceballs is the classic Star Wars parody.
