Yo which DC animated films are worth it?
All, except Son of Batman.
They're so short and easy to get (they leak at least a week before release) that you might as well try them all out.
Some are pretty miss (Like Justice League War and Son of Batman) but some are pretty great too (The Flashpoint Paradox and The Dark Knight Returns 1&2).
My main gripe is the art style. Especially like in your image, OP. Some characters look fucking terrible.

It just wasn't fun. Most of the movie is Batman chasing Damian around and scolding him. It isn't until the last 15 minutes that we see some real, actual comic book action.
Batman vs. Robin, the sequel, should be good though since it's loosely based on the Court of Owls (which I liked)

I hated The Dark Knight Returns, Peter Weller was a horrible choice, and the voice of the Joker was even worse, and the fucking sweatshop animation was atrocious. This pile of shit gave Frank Miller cancer, if you dont believe me, google a recent picture of Frank Miller.

i think that they should have followed the first 'arc' of the new 52, with the black guy trying to kill batman and all that. I think it works very well on the whole 'killing' thing for damian. having to learn why is it wrong to kill in his own way, and in the end having to kill anyway. I know it is more 'dark' for an animated movie, but anything is better than show the league of assassins as the 'good guys'.

Damien inherits Batman's abilities through his bloodline, not training. There's a specific moment where he boasts about hacking into the bat computer and that he had hacked into NORAD when he was even younger. This sort of shit doesn't fly when you stop to think about it for two seconds and realize that if Damien could have gotten in, whoever trained him could have as well.

Arrow has great fight choreography (for a television show) and good actors but it is way too soapy. So much melodrama, I can't stomach more than one episode at a time.
Flash is fun, colourful and interesting but very silly. So much of the dialogue is unbelievably cheesy. Whenever that guy in Flash's crew gives a villain their supervillain name I groan.
I still watch both, and enjoy both.
What I have never understood is why I always managed to enjoy animated DC so much, but their live action interpretations suck so much ass.

Cannot recommend this enough.
Terry (the main character) is the perfect middle ground between Peter Parker and Bruce Wayne. He's a batman that feels like a real person, not an autist.
I haven't seen that many, but I really enjoyed Mask of the Phantasm, Under The Red Hood and Assault on Arkham.
I didn't care for Son of Batman or either of the Dark Knight Returns movies, I think my friends hyped them up too much and I didn't like the art style.

I actually have liked animation in almost all of DCs animated movies, the latest exception being Son of Batman which had some extremely lazy background movement and other things like that.
As to comics and movies - in most cases, there is no point of watching both, really. Batman: Year One was simply a complete bore having read the comic, and while I personally didn't mind All Star Superman, the comic alone should suffice. Of course, watching just the movie alone is fine too, even better in some cases where the story ties with a ton of other comics, like New 52 Justice League comics which I couldn't help but drop very soon.
Justice League War and Assault on Arkham are both character assassination attempts for entire entourages. Utter trash.
