I didn't watched much of Adult Swim, it only aired in my country for about 2 years before being canceled, and if I'm not mistaken it used to start only at midnight.

This is true, but probably because AS is like twenty times larger and represents a demographic they have to keep up not just ratings wise but image wise. AS is supposed to be this torch bearing programming block of odd funny and surreal shows with cool stuff inbetween. They still hold their own with the weird shit inbetween (infomercials, music stuff etc) yet its the fox programming that makes watching it night after night insuffrable sadly. Nothing will change that fact because it makes them money and lets us see more stuff they are with the coming months, but it's near awful. Rarely am I nostalgic for the past but there was nothing like watching adult swim and seeing some of the coolest shit on tv.

Sam is the last chance this channel has to stay relevant. They need a big dog Adult Swim branded show now that Aqua Teen and Metalocalypse and all that finished. World Peace will give them that if it manages to find enough of an audience. Other than that, what's left? Anytime is switch to it, it's showing some Seth McFarlane bullshit or Squidbillies.

Eric Andre Show is one of the few new great live action shows still on the air. To an extent Children's Hospital has its moments. Rick and Morty is excellent. Venture Bros is coming back (despite the network never re-running them). Off The Air and You're Pretty Face are really good in their own right.
AS is coming out of its slump that it had in like 2010-2013 where it was just live action and fox programming. AS is past its golden age of excellent programming but whatever, their bumps are still hilarious

That lingering feeling that at any time during the night something fucking insane and unexplainable will air and maybe not ever air again. There have been bumps in the past that have just completely blew me away. And also the infomercials and paid programming bits. Literally the best shit is the unexpected and unannounced. No other channel does shit like that.
