What does /tv/ think about Trainspotting?
GOAT soundtrack 2bh famiglia
Choose the Order. Choose a mission. Choose a Master. Choose a fucking big hologram projector. Choose refresher machines, starships, compact holocron players and lightsabers. Choose Force healing, high midichlorian count, and Trade Federation insurance. Choose fixed interest Tattooine junkyard repayments. Choose a starter meditation chamber. Choose your Padawans. Choose trooper armor and matching R4 unit. Choose a three-piece robe on hire purchase in a range of fucking Jedi fabrics. Choose democracy and wondering who the fuck you are on a Coruscanti morning. Choose sitting on that repulsor chair waiting through mind-numbing, Force-crushing Council meetings, stuffing fucking Dex's Diner food into your mouth. Choose being one with the Force at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable cave, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up younglings you trained to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose the Empire... But why would I want to do a thing like that?
I chose not to choose the Empire. I chose something else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got the high ground?

I thought so as well

you da real mvp
overrated but good
Is this the one with the nightmare baby crawl?
That fucking baby manhan kills soulja boy
Don't like it. The characters are boring and the way it alternately depicts them as hip young people and street scum gives the film a confused tone.
It was quite good
Love that Scottish accent
It's one of the all time greats regardless of it's popularity and people liking it for the wrong reasons. I haven't seen Jobs but I hope Porno will be a return to form to Boyle.

I was dissappointed that there was no actual train spotting in the movie
Thought it was overrated when I first saw it. Liked it a lot more on my second viewing and now it's among my favorite movies.

Confirmed friendless faggot who's never done drugs or had fun in life
shit book made into a less shit (but still shit) movie
a dose of 'drug culture' for edgy teens and ignorant boomers
written by a fraud who knows nothing about drugs and even less about literature
directed by a stupid poof who's never made a single good movie and continues to pump out uninspired oscar bait and formulaic garbage

Sounds like you haven't seen A Life Less Ordinary

I thought about listing 28 Days Later, A Life Less Ordinary, The Beach (debatable but I'd still call it good), and Sunshine, but why even bother.
