So why is this considered one of the worst Bonds? I thought it was better thanall of the Craig ones bar Casino Royale.

I thought it was okay. Better than the one with Denise Richards
that sword fight is easily the best thing of the film.
so much tension, its so perfect
I think people were getting a little tired of the creeping silliness and over-the-top nature of the Bond films at this point, and this movie, with diamond satellites controlled by robot suits, ice-road trucking, and whatnot was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Audiences at that point had been watching Bond movies move in the same direction for decades and were probably ready for change.
Of course, the irony is that the Craig movies started out gritty and realistic (which is what the audiences wanted, if Royale's success is any indication) but almost immediately veered into Looney Tunes territory.

I've never disagreed with an opinion more than I disagree with this one

Better than world is not enough, but far worse than any Craig. But far better than diamonds are forever
Better than the shit pile that was Spectre

Casino Royale spoiled people. As homage filled and third act quality dropping was skyfall, the only bond movies worse than DAD are world is not enough and diamonds are forever
