My money is on Bucky. He's wanted, one side aims to kill him while the other wants to protect him, and he's the catalyst behind the tension between Tony and Steve. I'm guessing crossbones or whoever the real bad guy is will kill him as the Civil War draws to its climax, causing both sides to see reason and join up again.
I'm hoping they kill steve, not because I dislike him or anything, but because I would love to see Disney have the balls to kill off one of the main characters. This wouldn't matter if there was a resurrection planned for infinity wars though.

It looks like Tony isn't fully able to move the joints of the suit, and there are sparks and smoke coming out of the repulsors when he tries firing them. Scott Langley was a good way to go. Origins-wise the guy is pretty much just a good thief with no real combat experience whatsoever. He's got no superpower besides what the suit allows. He's by far the weakest character with the coolest abilities.

In Winter Soldier they show Falcon evading the flak cannons on the helicarriers without a lot of trouble; he could probably shake some lock-on missiles as well. His suit is incredibly agile, and he has a lot more experience than Rhody because he actually saw live combat on a regular basis. War Machine is mostly for show, Rhody hasn't seen much fighting. He still has the advantage over Falcon, but it's not totally one-sided.
