In Snyder's gritty and cynical universe we get to see that the bad guys are actually the happy ones, which is consistent to the paradigm. We are also getting Batman more screen time, which, hopefully will help people understand his course of action during BvS. It will definitely going to be quippy, but not much, so plebs get a middle ground before JL comes in.
