This show is really fucking good.
It is definitely one of the better shows I have seen recently and it won my heart with its attidude.
Every episode is sort of like 'experiment' with zombie concept and what would happen with it in certain situations and makes for great episodic format. I also like how they throw out different types of Zs, viagra ADD ritalin zs, blasters etc.
It is also very funny when it needs to be and the main cast is strong enough to carry it. The main storyline of getting to California works enough.
2nd half of season 1 was going between good and great episodes and then it peaked really high with the great finale.
Seen couple eps of season 2 (6 I think) and it is more of the same of which I am glad.
I also enjoyed how Citizen Z used to broadcast the episodes at start, that was nice touch up. Hope he makes it out

The special FX at some parts are questionable but it comes with being a SyFy product.
I watched the show because of couple /tv/ threads and I don't regret it.

Only thing grating and annoying in season 2 is how OP Murphy is. They wrote themselves to a corner with him I think and now they can't find a solution. I guess showing different branches of ZOmbies he cant deal with is one like Swamp Thing and blasters.

I believe that anyone should be able to have an opinion, but the crime is not being able to separate opinion from facts. Z Nation is one of the most shitty, poorly written and executed, horrible and embarrassing shows on television. Warehouse 13 tier garbage. But it is okay that you like it, just don't call it a good show. Say that you enjoy the show for X reasons, and you won't get shit on by everyone with a brain.

It is far more entertaining than TWD because it is written with more heart than TWD.
The writers clearly love the zombie concept like I said, every (or most) episodes feel like experiments with concept of zombies.

I really like this show. I care a lot more about the characters in this than in TWD where they spend full episodes on trying to develop empathy for them.
Its weird when i care more about ZN deaths than TWD deaths which is a full drama show.
