>Wizards use dark magic to kill people
>instead of letting people defend themselves, the Ministry of Magic bans dark magic
Why thou? A lot of Harry's problems could have been solved if he Kadabra'd the shit out of his enemies. Fuck, Cedric could still be alive if he knew the killing curse.
>>70930919
i can tell your american.
Is this a thinly veiled gun control argument? Also a major plot point dealt with the corruption of the ministry baka
>>70930919
>implying cedric would be able to do jackshit against supreme dark lord Voldi.
>implying harry would have in him to properly cast abra ca dabra
How much do you think Warner Brothers spent on this? Its gotta be much more than for BvS since that only managed a spoiler sticky.

>This curse that kills your opponent instantly and without any pain is forbidden. If we catch you using this spell you will spend the rest of your fucking life in our wizard prison guarded by soul-devouring monsters.
>However, the other spells, such as the ones that that immolate your target, toss them around causing broken bones and internal bleeding, make them mentally retarded or just slice them up are completely OK.
What did the ministry of magic mean by this?
>>70930637
The whole point of the unforgivable curses was that you needed to have the right emotion for your target. For spells that make fire or toss people around, you had to make fire and toss people around. For the unforgivable curses, you had to want them dead, want them to suffer, and want to dominate their mind.
Essentially the difference between manslaughter and murder.
>>70930637
Someone said that a murder is a crime against the nature, but it isn't true though. Animals murder each other every goddamn second and it's not evil or forbidden.
But then HP is for kids.
/tv/, would you go see a street sharks live action movie?
>>70930483
No, but a Galaxy Rangers movie

Are they going to use real sharks?
They already have one.

It was a good fight.
Just got back from pic related and really enjoyed it, just as good as the first one for me.
What did /TV/ think of it and what are some other horror films that are similar? I'm wanting more story focused horrors like these films, rather than gore/trying to make you jump constantly.
>>70930185
Was it modern day horrorkino?
As much as I enjoyed both Conjuring movies, they aren't exempt from being riddled with jump scares.
>>70930231
True, they have a fair few jump scares, just not as much as films like Sinister. I felt like that was just constant jump scares, or building up to a scare rather than having any decent plot.

Who is the braindead that made this image?
>>70910735
Please explain why the Earth didn't spin, Mr. Einstein
>>70910779
His starting velocity was equal to the earth's spin in the direction the earth is spinning.
The air surrounding him spun with the earth (give or take variances (wind)), meaning the most efficient way to gain altitude was to not try to counter the earth's spin.
