The Romulans were said to be Vulcan offshoots from the episode they were introduced, and were also set up to have terrible fashion sense right off the bat.

Brava! Game of Thrones once again manages to rip our hearts out of our chests and reminds us why it's the current best show on television. Everything was perfect. The writing, the acting, the cinematography. Gorgeous from beginning to end.
