Do people act like the script for this film isn't a sack of shit?
Because it is.
Visuals were great though.
>"You're not cop, you're little people"
>Needless exposition all the time
>"HI I'M J.R SEBASTIAN, HERE'S MY FULL NAME BECAUSE REASONS"
The only person with interesting lines is Roy. Everyone else is written like shit. Like they're only there to provide exposition and move the visuals along.
The visuals are good though.
what did he mean by this
WTF was this movie?
Is this Fraserkino? Will he ever top this?
Eh. A lot of the jokes fall flat. And of course, the premise is completely dated, as nobody gives a fuck about terrestrial radio anymore. Buscemi is kind of miscast seeing he's considerably older than the other two. The cast carries the lame material pretty well, though.
Sucker Punch was a treatise on the objectification of women as seen through the eyes of various nerd subcultures. The prism by which the movie is shown self reflects to the viewer their own ugliness.
It's a hypnotizing take on psychological trauma. It cleverly turns it into an esoteric, theatrical, fantasy extravaganza. Its own nakedness makes people feel shameful and uncomfortable.
It's a movie that literally hates its own audience and spits on them.
>"“I wanted to rub the human race in its own vomit, and force it to look in the mirror.”" - J.G. Ballard
If that isn't true art, I don't fucking know what is.
ITT: Scenes women will never understand.
>women won't understand a little girl emasculating old men and making them like a guy they see as a hero
It's what they always wanted to do to their dads. They understand whining and complaining until men do what they want.
Apologise. This is the best horror film of the decade.
Why did he say this?
>Season 1: Jaime pushes a kid out of a window and leads the country into civil war to hide the fact he's fucking his sister
>Season 6: he openly makes jokes about it with people and its basically an open secret in westeros but nobody cares
Whatever happened to trying to keep it a secret?
The show threw out all logic after the third season, just enjoy the wreak now.
1. Roberts dead, no more decapitation for talking about fucking his wife
2. Jaime is far from home with a man who will likely be dead or at least imprisoned and not be able to tell anyone what he says
3. Jaime doesn't care anymore about what people think, he's growing up and becoming less of a playboy and is more able to accept his faults and failings, even being willing to joke about them
YHYL - You Hear, You Lose
"This is Peter McCallister, the father"
"Ah ah ah, you didn't say the magic word!"
You're pulling my plonker now, arent you?
What did I just witness?
>spend a year marketing this as the ultimate between Batman and Superman
>have a 2 hour build up of FUCKING NOTHING
>Fight between Batman and Superman is 2 FUCKING MINUTES LONG
>Batman spares Superman because muh mom has the same name as supes' mom
>DC actually had the balls to call this Batman v Superman
It was literally Man of Steel 2 featuring Batman and wonderwoman. How do DCucks...

Are there any movies like cannibal holocaust? Ideally in a sci-fi setting (alien might qualify, but im looking for others).
You need to clarify what exactly constitutes as similar to Cannibal Holocaust. A cannibal movie ? A found footage movie ? An exploitation movie ? Or a movie where the protagonists infiltrate into a foreign culture which they perceive as primitive or savage but it the ends turn out they are the savages themselves ?
Also, Alien is nothing like Cannibal Holocaust.
Which was the most inappropriate, unfunniest quip to you?
