Just watched fear of the walking dead and it was amazing. Fear of the walking dead not so much I'm on the second episode now. I've heard they will overlap but I'd prefer the shows to join somehow and continue through the walking dead. Then again I'm on the second episode, I should've watched fear first.
Don't dead open inside?

I had a dream she was punching me in the balls once. It was nice.
I watched the first episode expecting it to be shit but I really started to like it
Some excellent characters (e.g Chad) and it's actually pretty well written

I'm just a student at the moment but I want to start soaking up some of his influences, can anyone point me in the direction of some contemporary academia?
Has has written something like 100 books, just buy one and read it.
>>62717562
The fuck are you talking about? He cites all the relevant names. Go with Hegel, Marx and Freud for the basics of his thinking. Jacques Lacan is like Zizeks main influence. If you are done with that read Gramsci, Carl Schmitt and Mouffe.
>gramsci
>not althusser
You know nothing
That feeling when you've seen Star Wars VII, but cant tell anyone about it because Disney are psychopaths.
Ask me some mild questions about the film, and I might answer... Depending on the question.
Rating of movie: 6.5/10
Were the spoilers in those "slides" true?

Which movies are the most depressing? I want to feel bad. They don't necessary have to have happy endings.
>>62717130
Dancer in the Dark
>>62717144
Looks like what I'm looking for
Thanks
>>62717130
This movie made me very depressed even a few days after watching it just was such a depressing movie all the bleakness and seeing the world like that I know it's just a movie but it did it's job and made me feel like shit like this fictional world could be a reality.
Liam Neeson is a hitman for the mob, but after his son gets in trouble, he's forced to take on his old associates. I like this movie, it's pretty intense, and the action isn't ridiculous. I give it 6/10.
This movie made me cry, I don't even remember why.
Neeson's been having a decent run.
Liam Neeson is an alcoholic ex cop, but after some women go missing he's forced sort out some people's shit.. I like this movie, it's pretty intense, and the action isn't ridiculous. I give it 6/10.
No joke, I'm genuinely curious. Anyone met her or have any information? I hear she's a weird New Age type, and she has such an intense look to her.
Also, celebrity encounter general.
Good way to ignore the ferocious burning of thousands of years of western civilization all around us.
>>62717051
Dunno, but she's hot as fuck. Plus we share a birthday so that means we're soulmates.
>>62717051
Has anyone here on /tv/ met this random c-lister who was famous in the 90s before?
