"THERE WILL BE BLOOD", THEN "COSMOPOLIS".

>aii your pain
bravo
>>62756590
IT IS BOTH, SAD, AND STARTLING BUT NOT SURPRISING, THAT MUCH OF WHAT ONE LIKES, OR REGARDS AS GIVEN REGARDING ONE'S PREFERENCES, WAS VIRTUALLY PERMANENTLY FIXED DURING ONE'S LATE TEENS, AND EARLY TWENTIES, SO THAT WHEN ONE CONTINUES TO AGE ONE'S PREFERENCES BECOME A MARKER FOR ONE'S CULTURAL AGE.
"THERE WILL BE BLOOD" WAS RELEASED IN THE YEAR TWOTHOUSAND SEVEN, AND I AM STILL MENTIONING IT IN THREADS, IN THE YEAR TWOTHOUSAND FIFTEEN, AND "COSMOPOLIS" WAS RELEASED...

It is ok for the first hour but then the concentration camp part was really retarded. I won't even talk about the american soldier showing up in a tank in the end.

Who's the real mastermind behind South Park?
Matt or Trey?
>>62756005
I always get the names mixed up.
The not Jewish one.
Trey embodies more of the South Park ethos, I think.
His voice is very important to the show. His literal voice and how he uses it, I mean.
He is also on more of the production credits as writer, director, whatever.
Both funny guys who have similar sense of humour, but I think Trey is better at putting that sense of humour to work.
Trey is one of my favourite people in the world.
Matt is probably a top funny writer, but the presentation of South Park, the presentation of the comedy, seems to come mroe from Trey's style.
>>62756376
I should add: if you listen to the commentary, there are some in which Trey seems to claim pretty much soul credit for the storyline of some episodes.
Although Matt has probably thought of some SP episodes pretty much singlehandedly, too/
I wish I could hand them a list of my favourite episodes and see if one of them more than the other is responsible for them.
My qt new girlfriend is coming over to watch netflix, is there anything new and great to watch?

Now that the 4chan team is finally recognizing that there is a difference between films and movies(confirmed by >>62751181 ) How do you feel about the dichotomy?
Some useful info if you still don't know:
“A movie is made for an audience and a film is made for both the audience and the filmmakers. I think that The Game is a movie and I think Fight Club‘s a film. I think that Fight Club is more than the sum of its parts, whereas Panic Room is the sum of its parts. I didn’t look at Panic Room...

- Sasha, Abe and Daryl are leading the herd away. They get ambushed by an unknown group. Daryl flees on his bike after getting knocked off. Abe and Sasha crash their car and continue to open fire on the people that ambushed them. Daryl drives off into a burnt down part of forest.

it looks like shit unless you're a 12 year old.
Reminds me of Sicario, will probably be good
Should have been directed by Michael Mann
When will these take up their rightful place on the throne? I think every one of us watch and discuss the prequels far more than the OT.
Sage goes in all fields
Why didn't 3PO or R2 do anything in the prequels?
They were there the whole time, but didn't get to do much and whenever they did do something, it was always irrelevant to everything else going on in the movie. The most important thing that either of them got to do was when R2 fixed the shields on the shiny naboo ship in Phantom Menace.
>>62755384
Watch? I haven't watched them in years. I actually forgot I even owned a copy of RotS until my roommate asked to borrow it, and lo and behold, there it was at the bottom of a bin, untouched for years.
Discuss? It's always easier to discuss things that are flawed than things that are great. The prequels provide excellent opportunities to kvetch for hours at practically every aspect of their construction.
