>I don't want to spend another minute of my life on prayer!

>Hacksaw Ridge is an upcoming American war drama film directed by Mel Gibson and written by Gregory Crosby, Robert Schenkkan, and Randall Wallace. It is based on the true story about US Army medic Desmond T. Doss, a conscientious objector who refused to bear arms, yet was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor by President Harry S. Truman for single-handedly saving the lives of over 75 of his comrades while under constant enemy fire during the brutal Battle of Okinawa in World War II. The...

I'm currently redrafting a screenplay, actually it's more of a polish. I haven't read a screenplay in years, who do you recommend as having excellent description? Or Dialogue which comes across well on the page? Just good style in general.
Suggestions?
Protagonist by John Flansburgh

eh, good example of storytelling but not really what I'm looking for.
Though if you got any more 'lyrics as storytelling' examples I'm open to that

>handwriting is illegible nonsense and highlighting is on par with a drunk monkey trying to use coloring book

is this the comfiest bond movie? I'm not even that big on brosnan, but this ones just so pleasurable. it isnt as good as connery and moore's best, Dalton's movies, OHMSS, or casino, but its just got it all for an essential "action movie bond":
>cool action opening
>great setpeices
>Hot and ass kicking bond girl
>peirce is charming af
>cheesy rupert murdoch as the villain
>russian...

GoldenEye is better on a technical level, but TND is such a good fit for brosnan, he was at his best here
Still the greatest documentary ever made.
And a good warning for all of you NEETs out there.
My favorite aspect is that R is the most successful because he's the most normal
his brothers were more interesting than him
Is that a tranny on the right
>Yes! Significant shrinkage!
is this the single unfunniest moment in whole 9 seasons of seinfeld?
>>62768349
too close to home, shrinkydink?
Only episode I skip, it's just so weak
>>62768349
it seems you have forgotten seasons 1 and 2 as well as most of 3, which were all garbage tier. this ep was mediocre
Noriko-san has such a kind heart. ;_;
dude i fucking hate ozu
i would curb stomp him if i had a time machine
>>62768221
Why do you want to curb stomp a sad little Japanese man?
>>62768333
to get a good tatami shot as he exhaled his last breath
I've only seen season 1 on Hulu but I already love it. What can I expect from season 2?
Rebecca Sugar is a race mixer. You shouldn't watch this show.

what about this show appeals to you? why are you willingly infantilizing and pacifying yourself with children's cartoons?

Posting Brie Larson for interest
ITT describe movies you (maybe) saw but can't remember the name/details of and try to help other anons find the titles based on their descriptions
mine: some movie i saw as a kid, the only thing i remember is that a lady used a key to slice across her own face

These four aliens show up in a rural town, fight an evil alien, I think one of the good aliens has a leather jacket.
>>62768079
Never mind, it's called Spaced Invaders. It was probably awful.
Some science guy brings seven kids back from the Amazon or some tropical island to study/raise them. Turns out they are evil and like to wear those huge blank clay tribal masks. Probably from the 70's.
Was there ever a movie where James Bond ended up as the bad guy and his target turns out to be a good guy?
>>62768005
Goldeneye because Sean Bean was just for England James.
>>62768005
im racking my brain, and hoenstly no. no bond has ever pulled that
>>62768005
>who is the bad guy?
maybe its just not about who is good or bad you know, this isn't star wars where the bad guys are color co-ordinated
obviously they're both objective classics who laid the groundwork for hollywood megaproductions but which do you think is the better movie overall
Ben-Hur is amazing, never got the appeal of Spartacus and I think it's the weakest Kubrick
>>62767957
even weaker than his earliest stuff like Killer's Kiss and Fear & Desire, not that they aren't also good
>>62768057
Haven't seen those two, was hoping I wouldn't be called on this fact but life is hard on /tv/
Thoughts on this movie?
I'm watching it for the first time since seeing it in the theatre the weekend it came out. It's eerie how spot-on the movie is about the current refugee crisis.
DUDE CHILD NIGGER GONNA SAVE THE WORLD LMAO
>>62767773
It's good. 7/10
It had some neat ideas but I had a hard caring about the characters or anything else for that matter.
Has /tv/ seen this? It literally confirms that he was murdered.
>inb4 Courtney shills
Reminder Kurt tried to kill himself three times
Reminder Kurt OD'd at least five times
Reminder Courtney carried a can of Narcan, the drug used to jolt overdosing heroin users back to life
Reminder that Courtney Killed Kurt was the first Internet conspiracy theory and is on par with the moon landing hoax and 9/11 trutherism
Reminder that Courtney Love truly loved her husband Kurt and the constant accusations of foul play are just another disgusting form of victim blaming
>>62767613
Watch the movie, sheep.
>>62767613
all debunked in the documentary, nice try Courtney
My friend likes this shit. Should I send him to a psychiatrist?
Does he realize it's shit? Then all is well.
Does he not? Then drop the topic and let him enjoy shit. You're not gonna stop shit like this from being made, so it'll always be there.
>watching live action adaptations of children's cartoons

Magic Night Shymanalan did that movie?
>it turns out, Aang was Bruce Willis the entire time
