"Larry, you need to Curb your enthusiasm."
Jerry you need to Seinfeld
Why was it called Curb Your Enthusiasm anyway? Was it ever brought up? Was Larry always getting into these predicaments because he was too enthusiastic?
Lester
>jimmy, you need to the wire
I've got a confession /tv/I've never watched a Jean-Claude Van Damme film. Ever.
It's time to start making up for lost time, gimme the essential Jean-Claude Van Damme watchlist.

Bloodsport
Kickboxer
Double Team
You've never seen Predator?
What the fuck is the first order supposed to be? Who's in charge in episode 7.
The alliance is now called "The resistance". The resistance of what? The galactic Empire was destroyed, the republic wasn't restablished?
Who controls coruscant?
If the th empire was defeated then why are the Jedi still a myth? Wouldn't the Jedi order be reestablished?
Considering the EU was scrapped there is nothing on this, unless they create a new EU.
Fuck
>>62813601
If only there were a movie where information could be revealed.
>>62813601
>The galactic Empire was destroyed
No, it wasn't. This is like saying blowing up the White House and killing the President ended America.
Stop being stupid.

Actor deaths that hit you harder than they should have.
Harold Ramis, Robin Williams and Rik Mayall.
Those and the Ultimate Warrior going really made the last 2 years feel like a "Fuck you, your childhood is just ashes and dust now!" to all 80s kids.
I was depressed for a whole weak when John Carpenter passed away.
Fuck you, l liked it.

As did i

I JUST got back from this. I actually went in with bad expectations, but I thought it was good. I liked it more than Skyfall.
Faggot singing the theme is unforgivable, but that doesn't stop it from being a good movie at least.
Fuck you, love me.
Now that the dust has settled, we all agree that Brosnan is the GOAT Bond, right?
>Best film in the series: GoldenEye

100% agreed.
It's a toss up between him and Timothy Dalton, tbqh.
Yes, anyone who doesn't isn't a real Bond fan. If you like Lazenby you're a hipster. If you like Connery you don't know shit and listen to the establishment for your opinions. If you like Moore then spy films aren't for you anyway. If you like Dalton then you're a pretentious faggot. If you like Craig then you're probably an American that only got into Bond a few years ago and prefers the Bourne series.
Literally perfect.
literally who?
>>62813502
Please no, they already took Wishaw. Don't take another.
Not black enough.
What exactly is it about this movie that makes everyone love it so much? I see so many people claiming that it's one of the best Bond films and I honestly can't see why.
Lazenby is just terrible in general. He gives easily the worst performance of any of the Bonds. And to make matters worse instead of playing Bond he spends a large amount of the film pretending to be "Sir Hillary Bray", complete with silly costume and voice.
Diana Rigg gives a decent performance but her character arc makes no sense. She appears early in the movie but is completely...

dem ski scenes are top notch tho
Lazenby is ok, but that's the problem, he's just ok. He's not memorable in his performance at all and that makes him the weakest Bond.

So who is Negan gonna kill?
My money is on Daryl.
Here it is leaked from the set.
He's clearly hitting a dummy head of Glenn.
Either they're really going to go the most unsurprising route and kill Glenn, or AMC intentionally leaked this to fuck with us and give us a false impression.
I'd be happy if it was Glenn but it'll probably be Daryl, his character is going nowhere
>>62813452
what am I supposed to be seeing, cause a dummy head of glenn is not that
Why is characterization and character development so poorly implemented in modern TV that old shows like pic related completely outshine them in that respect? Daredevil does a decent job of it I guess but that was made by a Buffy writer too.
Other than DD the last show I can think of that properly developed characters was The Wire.
There's no subtlety in TV any more. Even critically acclaimed dramas like Mad Men and BrBa have cartoony and abruptly spontaneous changes in characters blamed on plot points or time lapses. Why are people OK with this?
>>62813241
I like buffy/angel as much as anyone but fuck off comparing it to mad men.
Season 6
Art reflects reality. People can't write good characterisation people are so bland and one-dimensional these days. Also, people are so distanced and guarded against one another that they never really deeply know a person. Basically people are really superficial, dull, and guarded these days, that it is hard to really get noteworthiness in terms of persona from them; and naturally this is reflected in modern tv shows.
When plebs talk about Wolf of Wallstreet I always bring this movie up and no one knows what I'm talking about.
Why is that?
You have retards for friends

after seeing the trailer or some pictures i really thought the cgi was going to kill this for me but it was just odd enough at the beginning to pull me in, and the scene where horus attaches the leg was pretty great i thought that i ended up sticking with it. very cool movie.
>>62813065
I also liked it. Was better than expected.
