-Are you the key grip? I'll give you a thousand dollars to punch the director in the face as hard as you can!
Hell yes, it's funny. You miss your meds or something?
I watched all 10 episodes, and I must say this is a good series.
It was frustrating at times, but overall, the series is well written, and the characters are interesting.

Shill your garbage elsewhere.
I hope someone teaches her how to fight next season.
/tv/ tell me about ciméma verité, what do you like about it and what are your favorite films using this film making style
The Passion of the Christ is probably the best.
Avatar is one of my favorite Kinos in veritas.
In case any newbies dont know what exactly ciméma verité is,
>a style of documentary filmmaking, invented by Jean Rouch, inspired by Dziga Vertov's theory about Kino-Pravda and influenced by Robert Flaherty’s films. It combines improvisation with the use of the camera to unveil truth or highlight subjects hidden behind crude reality
>It is sometimes called observational cinema, if understood as pure direct cinema: mainly without a narrator's voice-over. There are subtle, yet important, differences...

The Quiet American. The original 1950s one, mind you. It has scenes filmed in South Vietnam, after the French left, but before the Americans moved in.
>>62967399
im so glad the faggot memers dont know where indochina is
>>62967399

Do you like David Fincher's Dragon Tattoo?
hell no
>white man are evil
>rape is fun if the man is the victim
Loved it. Was comfy as hell. Hopefully Fincher does the sequels.
Rooney was a better Lisbeth. Craig was horribly miscast. Fincher is awesome as always, but the movie is still kinda lame, mostly because the source material is kinda lame. I read the book and thought it was just okay. I don't know why the movie tried so hard to make it powerful and gritty because I didn't think the book came off that way at all.
ok you start

>George: So, yeah, I've been thinking... I went ahead and jotted down some notes for the new Star Wars movie if you guys wanna take a look...
>Disney: Actually, George, no thanks. We're going in a different direction with this new one
>George: O-oh....okay. Yeah, that's totally cool, I'm super busy right now anyway. Wouldn't have time to work on the new Star Wars because I just have SO MANY other things going on right now, but thanks anyway. Actually, you know what?...

super busy doing what? rolling around in a huge pile of hundred dollar bills and giggling to himself?
trying to get droidekkars to trim the lawns around Skywalker ranch without killing anyone?
It was Lucas' idea to have the old cast return 40 years later.
Comfy late 90s early 2000s shows. Also, whatever happened to Bam?

Read the books in an attempt to impress a grill. Saw the first movie with her. It was ok. Nothing came of it with her, didn't see the second. Recently caught the third movie on cable and realized what shit it all was.
I've seen the first two. It's pretty unoriginal. I liked the atmosphere though, I guess. It looks good being really mediocre.
