Hey /tv/ having a mob/mafia night tonight. What are some essential movies to have for the guys to sit and watch over some beers and pizza?
>Godfather Part II
With so many hate threads going around about Felicia Day I thought I would just share this
What does /tv/ think of this scene? Was this meant to be scary?
Are there other british series like Utopia?
Also brit TV general I guess. They definitely make some of the best stuff
>They definitely make some of the best stuff
GR8 B8 M8
So this Mexican actress is appearing in Star Wars and gonna voice act for The Jungle Book
Why are Mexicans so successful in Hollywood?
>underground dance scene
>bomfunk mc's "freestyler" starts playing
Actually to be honest this is not mine, Anon posted it last night and it made me lose my shit. full credit to you anon
How come Game of Thrones or Star Trek can have basic shots of people just talking to tell the story and then casually throw in some action here and there, but when the Star Wars prequels do it, no one likes it? Is it because they are movies and not TV shows?
Would the prequels work better as a television series?
>Is it because they are movies and not TV shows?
Simply put: Yes!
And they're movies which put a clear emphasis on action at that.
If you want a prime example of how expository dialogue shpuld work in an action movie, just watch "Terminator".
And yes, I know that's exactly what RLM says.
That doesn't make it any less true though.
draw a scene from a movie on paint
other anons try and guess the movie
>Running time: 175 minutes
Is this shit worth watching?
Why is "poetry" inherently bad?
In those making of documentaries, Lucas may be acting like any random idea he has is genius, but I don't see what's so bad about the franchise having a rhythm to it.
J.J. is seemingly eschewing the much maligned qualities of the prequels - yet the pottery is still in there, front and centre. Hell, they're likely to subvert expectations of the franchise repeating itself to deliver something no one would predict.
real talk what is the difference between lightsaber colours?
>the mods don't like The Star Wars Holiday Special
or are you just deleting all Star Wars threads?
legitimately not sure
I know it came from Reddit, but it's a solid theory.
Every moment Jar Jar is on screen, he is doing something indicative of a sith lord.
Thoughts? Is Lucas a genius? Did we doom ourselves to a shitty trilogy because we weren't capable of understanding his brilliance?
>he uses drunken stumbling to evade enemy attacks
oh god stop. he drunkenly stumbles because lucas wanted a comic relief character that never came to harm. tired of these bullshit "fan theories" that take simple, obvious facts and try to warp them to fit their headcanon.
I just watched this...and its garbage. Literally the excellent tonal shifts cannot make up for an incoherent and nonsensical plot: the movie.
There was times where was firmly IMPOSSIBLE to tell what was going on...like when the girl goes crazy and starts kicking stuff out of the fucking NOWHERE...and that annoying little girl in the piano...the lil bitch got what she deserved for being so goddamn STUPID...also, the OST was fucking miserable...that ambient traditional japanese music mixed with 60s pop and american funk playing nonstop was gringing my gears.

The cusp of the movie is the under aged nudity. Possession of this movie is tantamount to child pronography. You, OP, are reported for child porn. I suggest deleting and cleaning your hard drive for evidence.
>tfw you will never fill all of pam's folds with your semen
>Voiced by Judy Greer
>mfw I can't handle it
