So, looks like everyone is loving this, should I watch the movie before the series?
Does this movie have any redeeming qualities?
what do they have in common, /tv/? are you seeing the pattern?
HINT: they are literally me
>war veteran (or rather a leftist fantasy about them)
>walking metaphor (of somethnig - capitalism, modern media culture, whatever)
I was considering starting to watch Ash vs. Evil Dead, but I haven't seen any of the Evil Dead movies.
Is the series a stand-alone, a follow-up of the movies, or a bit like Limitless?
Also, is it any good?
I basically never watch movies though. In my opinion doing absolutely nothing for an hour and a half is a bit too long, and you're often disappointed. I stick with TV shows, because while you might get disappointed every once in a while, if you find a good one, you have entertainment for a really long time.

This is what I mean by meme cinematography. Look on reddit's cinematography subreddit, these are the type of shots I'm talking about.

Rocky > Rocky Balboa > Rocky III = Creed > Rocky IV > Rocky V
Thoughts on Creed? I thought it was solid. The Rocky/Creed scenes were great as was the emotional moments between Creed and Rocky and Creed and his mom. Pacing felt off though and all the scenes with the musician girl slowed the movie down and added little to it.
based Burn Notice thread
I watched this series the whole way through and have sort of mixed feelings on it just because it's so formulaic.
I like monster of the week series but even X Files tried to switch up its formula sometimes.
>it's a Michael's mom tells everyone to stop being stupid episode
Now that Hunger Games is over these two have joined the dead career JUSTice league
>it's a nobody but you is willing to admit that the female lead of the new star wars has fetal alcohol syndrome episode
Why are you doing this to me, /tv/? It's so obvious and everyone is pretending like she's NOT literal genetic trash...
Are you from Disney? Is this Disney Internet Defense Force? Why is eveyrone so complicit in this I don't get it. What do you gain by pretending she is "attractive"? TELL ME DAMNIT
Who is the oldest /tv/ poster?
>I got a handjob during Rocky 1 in 1976.
Why Netflix ratings are so shitty?
Almost everything is 5 stars
netflix ratings are only what netflix thinks you would like to see based on your previous preferences and the questions it ask you when you create a new profile
my wife for example has "Cake" that oscar bait Jennifer Anninston movie with 4 stars while in my profile I have the same movie with 1 star
Will Jar Jar make an appearance in episode 7?
He's not dead.
