Which real producer inspired the character of Les Grossman in your opinion ?
Harvey Weinstein ?
>insulting the king jew of Hollywood
Tom Cruise still has a career so probably not
Weinstein makes Oscar bait flicks. He's not in the blockbuster league.
>>63127711
>in your opinion ?
Common knowledge it's Scott Sony Leaks Rudin
"A balrog of Morgoth. A demon of the ancient world. This foe is beyond any of you, RUN!"
Legolas kills a balrog in the hobbit 5
>>63127698
>legolas was thousands of years old
> Would know of the legends of old
> Doesn't recognize the balrog until gandalf tells us what it is
Bravo Hackson
>entire orc army runs away in fear from the balrog
>they don't run away from Gandulf who's stronger than the Balrog

>Still see this on bookshelves
What is Jenny McCarthy doing these days, besides leading the anti-vax movement?
Its a fucking travesty that any store allows her to sell products there

Last I heard she was pregnant with a buck, and her husband was letting her keep the baby, well she insisted of course, sub concsciously I think they wanted it to happen, being spitroasted twice a week is an easy way to get pregnant. At least he will be able to raise his son as his own though.
I gained a lot of respect for McCarthey when I learned she was an anti-vax warrior.
I like smart, red-pilled women.
Just watched this after years of hearing how great it was. What a fucking movie. Definitely on my Top 10 list.
>tfw I realized it was a true story
Can we talk about this?
I would've liked a little more on Ze Pequeño's background, he's portrayed as a crazy motherfucker from the start. I know a lot can be implied, child abuse, broken home, etc., but even still.
>>63127577
thanks for reminding me going to dl this into my collection
The chicken run in this movie is better than the actual movie entitled Chicken Run.
Who are some actors and actresses who don't seem to care about getting awards, but just enjoy acting for the hell of it?
Pic related, I feel she knows she isn't a good actress and is only used for eye candy, but she's just fine with that and is comfortable enough with her body.
>>63127510
>isn't a good actress
She's better than 90% of A list females
>>63127510
I would put my willy in her bum
>>63127544
Yeah nah, she's very mediocre, and there's two good and big reasons why she has a decent career.
I know /tv/ has issued a fatwah against capeshit, but I was wondering: what, if anything, would /tv/ call a GOOD superhero movie?
>>63127440
Spider-man, the first one and the second.
>>63127440
Batman Returns
>>63127476
Childish quiptastic trash

Edgy grimdark garbage
Can this girl get any more slutty?, i mean whoring yourself letting a chink suck your feet in order to make him cum, pouring morphine in your lover's dick in order to get high while fucked?. What the actual fuck soderbergh......jesus christ.
Not to mention that the show is liberal agenda pushed to its maximum expression
>overly racist society
>let two black people get into a high class ball without no one noticing them or saying anything
>nigga doesn't get its contract...

Her getting spanked by her dad and saying "No daddy don't" and jacking off the hospital owner were some good stuff.
I want more of her slutty.

I've only seen Midnight in Paris and Blue Jasmine but I was very impressed with both movies.
What are some essential Woody-core films?
>you never spend Midnight in Jasmine
Would hit it post-breakdown as well.
>>63127385
These are his two best recent films. Allen put out some good stuff in the 70s and 80s. His best is Hannah and her Sisters.
>>63127385
Hannah and Her Sisters, Crimes and Misdemeanors, both a nice mix of his dramatic and comedic styles
Annie Hall, Zelig, the early funny ones like Banana and Sleeper, Sweet and Lowdown, there's a lot of good and great films, depends what you're in the mood for. Husbands and Wives is a heavy divorce drama, Vicky Christina Barcelona is sexy, Deconstructing Harry is terrific, his Wild Strawberries. Similarly Stardust Memories is like his 8 1/2.
I'm thinking of taking my family to see Creed later tonight. They aren't really movie people but occasionally we like to all get together to go eat and see a movie that would probably be enjoyable to everybody. I'm thinking this might be something everyone might like. So I guess I'm asking that before I spend a bunch of money, you guys think this could appeal to most people? Do you need to be really familiar with Rocky to get into it? Ages will range from 18-55, male and female. Would young and old, male and female enjoy it? Some of my family can be pretty...

I'd say yes. It's a definite crowd pleaser and Creed's race is kept to the background. Only one real scene that might be considered a "Chimp out" but it lasts all of 2 minutes.
>>63127372
I wouldn't say yes. If you're taking your family. Go see the Good Dinosour. Both movies will make you cry but I think the Good Dinosour is more universally a good choice.
>>63127372
Creed was awesome, although I think it would be more enjoyable for those with Rocky experience. A few moments definitely wouldn't have hit as hard if I wasn't familiar with the series.
As for chimping out and black privilege, Creed takes an extremely realistic approach to how black people act, no sugar coating and no race baiting.
If I wanted to stream a movie for ydou guys, what site/software/whatever coul I use?

Why are these two paired up so often? Do they really have great chemistry together?
bradley cooper has absolutely no chemistry of his own, so he can safely be mixed with anyone, whether they be base or acidic.
>>63127189
I they are trying to make them the new leo - winslet.
Teenage girls liked Silver Linings Playbook and want to see them together again.
Same thing happened with DiCaprio and Winslet in Revolutionary Road.
I'm coming back /tv/

Showtime must be desperate
At least they can try to come up with a better ending
good, looking forward to it.

you're late, the thread was yesterday
looking for films similiar to To live and die in LA - these vintage kinda-cheesy-kinda-dark films
I have already seen Sorcerer (great) and Cruising (horrible)
Watch Miami Blues. Stars alec baldwin as an ex con running around Miami impersonating a cop. Funny and dark.
also what films are essential petersencore?
Haven't seen To Live and Die in LA
What's it like? I can't tell if it's Chinatown or something Michael Mann
