Negan's guys capture Daryl and the end tonight.
Nothing else significant happens.
What went wrong?
Holy shit. Just finished my film degree. Jobs are hard! Duh, idiot. I know. But besides non-paid cullshit arty music vid/student film gigs, there's fucking nothing out there. Do I get a certfificate in food handling and accept my place working at KFC? All I want is to be able to afford my rent and work with people I like producing corporate videos or whatever the fuck for the next 6 months. Doens't help being in melbourne. Shit, I'd photograph santas at this point. Anyone else feeling the burn? I have experience in so many fields, but I wish I had done real estate...

Show your appreciation for Fred Ward in this thread.
Do any other directors utilize his sculpting in time philosophy?
Probably not. He writes well, considerably better than Bresson, but his theories are not exactly new, neither offer a solid foundation of ideas.
For example, his claims that the narrative structure of pop mainstrean cinema is rigid and follows a predictable flux of imagery, and that cinema should offer an experience closer to stream of conciousness, unpredictable yet based on a logical line of thinking, doesn't seem to understand that many great films that follow formula also make use of the imitation of stream of conciousness linking every scene to the next one through a conscious use of mise-en-scene.
In Some Like It Hot, while the shootout scene is a centerpiece and the story would normally have followed the bandits escape, we instead go after the two musicians, thanks to succesful mise-en-scene.

Why is there so much irrational hatred directed towards Felicia Day? I'm tired of gamergaters impugning an awesome, respectable actress' talent and beauty for no reason besides misogyny. And no, Mr. Holland's Opus wasn't about her.
what does /tv/ think of Club Dread?
any similar movies? as in slasher/comedies
First draft of the Falcon
from way back in the first drafts of The Star Wars
"now that's merely like your perception of things, friend.."
>I will come back in a future date yet to be determined
hey /tv/, are there any good horror films you guys could recommend, maybe some charts? The wiki page is pretty much empty on genre
Why are there no dodgeball memes? Literally every line is meme worthy
