>According to Deadline, Idris Elba is currently the frontrunner to star as the Gunslinger himself, Roland Deschain, in Sony’s adaptation of Stephen King’s Dark Tower books. This comes almost a month after a report came out that Sony was trying to get Matthew McConaughey for the role of The Man In Black/Randall Flagg
Is there any role this man couldn't play?
why was he never tempted by the ring?
I'm looking for movies that not many people have seen but they stuck with you long after the credits ended i bit like these.
What did /tv/ think of kick ass when it came out ?
Its pretty perfect tbqh, in my top 50 movies easily
Yeh for sure
I pretty much cried with excitement and or feel goodness when he saves the scumbag guy from getting beat up by the four guys.
The prodigey song playing over top, him getting up over and over despite getting ansolutely destroyed, and when he says "four guys, laying into one dude" or something to that effect, gets me every time.
The tone and everything is just fucking perfect, including the live stream when he's going to get killed live online.
FUCKING LOVE IT
Why didn't this become a classic like Alien?
Was sexism a factor?
>tfw you will never be a teenager seeing Natasha Henstridge for the first time again
Why is this industry so sexist?
We need more women directors!
Fact: women are only allowed to direct when the subject matter glorifies violence against women like 50 Shades of Grey and American Psycho so Hollywood doesn't get yelled at by women's rights groups.
Can we talk about the mid season finale of Supernatural?
>we bunk buddies now
Nice to see him back again, what did everyone else thing of the return?
The Mummy (1999) starts in 5 mintutes.
Don't miss the opening battle.
That's what you'll be calling this guy in one week. Wayyyyyy better than Kylo Ren. He gets this name at the end of the movie.
Can we all just agree
That /tv/ will hate this no matter what?
Let's just be honest.
What does BFG stand for?
What should I ask the barber to get that haircut?
What is this? Who are these people? What are they doing?
I'm too old for this shit
>claims not to know or care about this
>still watches it, whines about it, and posts link on /tv/
Just ignore that new age shit and stick with ur basics. One day when world war three happens and they take out every floating satellite in space an knock out the Internet. That's when we get the last laugh
Why do they keep sliding this liberal nonsense?
are they trying to push for pedo rights?
It's because todays generation never had their own civil rights movement so they want to cash in on "social change" and pat themselves on the back, despite the fact that the "oppression" that they seek to overcome was in no way comparable to Jim Crow Era America.
I don't see gay children being escorted by the military to school.
Anyone seeing this?
