Local theater is forcing everyone who just watched the movie to exit the theater in a different direction so no spoilers come out. Truly awesome.
now thats what i call a s-s-s-s-safe space
How do you like your shills /tv/
Ep 7 sucked. The characters were surprisingly great but everything else was lame. WHERE WERE THE STAR WIPES ?????
Spoonfed me with homages to ANH, Empire and ROTJ. Not a single memorable moment to make me ever want to watch it again. The Han scene fell so flat. The acting was good but writing was awful again. The "backstorys" we we're told about would have been more interesting than what I just saw.
>Quentin Tarantino on John Ford
"One of my American Western heroes is not John Ford, obviously. To say the least, I hate him. Forget about faceless Indians he killed like zombies. It really is people like that that kept alive this idea of Anglo-Saxon humanity compared to everybody else's humanity — and the idea that that's hogwash is a very new idea in relative terms. And you can see it in the cinema in the '30s and '40s — it's still there even today.
Is he one to talk, seriously? He turned the tragedy...

Why do ugly people become famous /tv/ ?
For instance cumberbatch is hideous, yet popular and getting acting roles. Can you think of other ugly people who get roles that aren't portraying someone ugly.
Other examples are leslie jones, devon aoki, and boyega
This dude can actually act. I was impressed.
Anything up for discussion, anyone see it? Spoilers?
The Sith still exist according to canon.
It never ended. Balance was never brought to the force. Neither Anakin nor Luke were the chosen ones.
It will either be Finn or Rey.
not that it isn't already painfully obvious at this point, but I'm just gonna come out and call it now that they're brother and sister.
Why is she so perfect, /tv/?
... No, I'm seriously asking, why is she so perfect and lacking in any flaws?
Were you even paying attention? Ken even points out she just wants to run back to Jakku because she's afraid of doing new things in addition to her turning down a job with Solo because "muh Jakku"
I guess it's not too surprising a PG-13 movie is too complicated for /tv/.
That one long shot of Poe killing multiple TIE fighters and stormtroopers like it's nothing.
A hell of a pilot indeed.
GUYS WHICH SIDE SHOULD PICK
GOOGLE IS FORCING ME TO DECIDE FUCK
Chewy losing his shit was the best part of the film for me. Also the saddest.
What the FUCK is even the point of having a jedi organization if every few years one of them turns on them and FUCKS everything into the ground? And why is the reaction to go into "hiding" and become a boring hermit anyway instead of taking action?
>Force wants all force users to be dead
>Chosen one kills them all
>survivors decide to not kill eachother off so they can rebuild
>The Force tries to kill everyone again
No one is supposed to be using the force for super powers thats why every few years we get a massacre
