what the hell is wrong with his body?
>>63853832
Hes half pigmy half silver back.
Seriously, did Jewjew just need any black guy for his remake? Or is he really attracted to that?
>>63853832
What's wrong with that arm?
>>63853832
this has to be an edit
we get it, you vape.
>>63853827
Hopefully they get them confused one day and put the blasters in their mouths.
>>63853827
>it's literally a vape taped to a trigger
I like that design
>>63853827
>we get it, you vape
Christ why do reddit and tumblr memes always seep their way into 4chan? Hopefully it's not another "underrated post"
>"Get in there you big, furry oaf!"
>"Either I'm gonna kill her or I'm beginning to like her!"
>"What an incredible smell you've discovered!"
>"It could be worse! ...it's worse."
>"Oh, listen to them, they're dying R2!"
All this in five minutes, in the trash compactor scene in ANH. Let us not forget Star Wars has always been full of quips...
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Oh, and how about this?
So Poe Dameron breaks the tone in the scene when he quips to Kylo Ren in the beginning, but what about this little exchange?

6 minutes 42 seconds if it's not automatic

Now think of one line as memorable or as quotable as any of those. That's the problem, our worst fears have been realized; TFA is not good, it's not bad, but it's forgettable.
>>63854203
Honestly, I think I would have preferred TFA to be comically bad instead of just...there.
How do you go from this...
to this?
to THIS......
to this?
>They fell for it
>>63853540
so proud of this moment in film history laddettes!
lets all hold hands and sing christmas carols and bake cookies and get fat on our periods hheheheh
>>63853689
remember, if you are in a very dangerous situation and for all intenstive purposes your male partner grabs your hand and attempts to flee from it, he is physically raping you
I havent seen the movie yet but i just know Captain Phasma is going to be hella fucking epic.
Can we have a thread about this character who is just going to wreck shit?
If youve seen the movie keep her spoilers to yourself, im here with my phasma action figures, poster and desktop wallpaper.
Captain Phasma thread.
>>63853434
She sucked kind of. They underused her, what a shame.
Incredibly low quality bait holy shit
>>63853434
She's literally thrown into the trash.
>escapes because he doesnt want to kill people
>slaughters his comrades mercilessly despite them all having the same background as him
Is there a more hypocritcal character?
It's okay because he's black killing the white stormtroopers
Doesn't want to kill for the First Order
Were you watching in Clapistan where you couldn't hear the dialogue?
>>63853361
DROID PLEEEEEZ! WHO CAP'N NOW HUH?
Jesus fuck that was intense.
>finish your meal
>>63836521
This movie was meh
No real character development and a pretty generic plot. Needed an actual bad guy as well
>>63836568
Why would something like this need character development?
>pretty generic plot
Another word for simple, nothing wrong with a simple plot, it's usually said it's best to keep things simple.
I thought it was great.
>>63836694
If you don't have an engaging plot to focus on, you need interesting characters to make up for it.
All we have is a main character that likes to smoke, a generic vague CIA type and a brooding revenge type.
That's just me, it kinda fell flat.
Hey, /tv/. I want to make an effort to watch better movies and to help /tv/ watch more patrician movies.
I'm making a "movie of the week" club for us. I'll have a poll and we vote on what movie we want to watch. I'll make a thread for it so we can talk shit about it and then have a poll on it's power ranking.
I'll host a website to archive what we watched and how we ranked it so we can use it as reference.
So to start, give me some submissions for the poll and we can pick a movie to start with.
>>63853333
I like this idea. And those quads.
Collateral perhaps?
>>63853333
0 portions.
>>63853417
Are you talking about the one from 2000 directed by Bill Philputt
>>63853474
>>63853499
I'll add those to the list, once we hit around 5-8 I'll make a poll and then we'll pick a movie. I'll keep a backlog of suggestions and make polls at semi-random in the future.
FINALLY.
A STRONG FEMALE CHARACTER I CAN BE PROUD OF .
SHE IS INDEPENDANT YET LOVING.
ATTRACTIVE YET NOT SEXUALIZED.
SHE DOESN"T FEEL THE NEED TO FALL IN THE ARMS OF THE STRONGEST RICHEST OR MOST ATTRACTIVE MAN IN THE GALAXY ,NOR IS SHE FORCED IN SOME CHEESY LESBIAN RELATIONSHIP, SHE IS STILL CAPABLE OF DEEP LOVE WITH A MAN.
11/10 GOD TEIR
tiny calves. wouldn't bang.
>>63852988
Literally Mary Sue, the character.
>>63853093
bullshit. she's a strong independant orphan, who has had 2 look after herself all her life. ur mad cuz she isn't a little bitch and yet she still craves bbc and rejects lwc nothing more.
Hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler; Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band performs.

strong independent womyn
MARY
SUE

Am I really the only one on this board who genuinely felt offended by this movie? I hated the prequels, but this feels "worse" to me. Like, it's damaged the series much more than Lucas had.
At least the prequels had a good story, even if Lucas did an autistic job of telling it.
The Disney movies are basically Transformers and Marvel quality. I don't know but to me this is much more destructive to the Star Wars mythos, the magic, and the entirety of the franchise than the prequels were.
>>63852584
Yes.
Sage.
>>63852584
They're going to give it a positive review aren't they?
>>63852584
This one had the worst score out of all of them
