What went wrong?
Even if you think all four Transformers movies were terrible, 2 is objectively "the bad one"
Michael bay forgot to make it anything akin to the show or even the first movie and wanted to be a comedian and write all the transformers as if they're all buddies and constantly quip and make jokes
Also the final battle is hilariously anti climactic

He's a popular standup around NYC, he performs nearly every night. It's what he was before and what he went back to afterwards, his 30 Rock gig happened because Tina Fey and other SNL people were fans, so he lucked out in that regard.
how will the oscars fuck up this time?
ITT: Godlike-tier films.
Pic related and Snatch spring to mind. Matrix is just one of those movies that feels like its tied too close to the era it was made. I don't know anybody whos seen or even wanted to see it in the last solid decade.
