Was it in the movie? It's luke, right? What is he doing?
>>64425167
hes lamenting the death of basically the entire new jedi order
apparently lukes order is even more shit than the original jedi order since they all get wiped out by kylo and his knights
It was in a flashback sorta force dream-sequence that Rey got from touching anakin's lightsaber.
I think it's implied that Luke is implanting part of a map into R2 to where he's hiding away getting all old and JUST.
It was during Reys vision.
How many movies do you watch per week, /tv/?
depends. Sometime I watch 3 movies a day, sometimes I don't watch anything for 2-3 weeks
But I would say 2 movies per week approximately
>>64425094
~10
I dunno. I watched 371 movies in 2015 though.
Is this where Rey learned about Jedi mind tricks? Did she read Kylo Ren's mind when she managed to counter his mind rape attack? This seems logical.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCt2g4arcBE
>>64425073Theory is she has prior training in the force and has had her mind wiped/locked, possibly for her own protection. Kylo messing around with her head unlocked some of that training, which is why she was able to use telekinesis to grab the lightsaber, use the mind trick, more easily tap into the force when fighting with the lightsaber, and know how to resist Kylo probing into her mind further. One of the big things supporting this is her pilot helmet on Jakku says "Raeh", which means she possibly took her...

Absolutely not logical. In fact it's the opposite of logical since it's a circular argument: she uses a force technique in order to learn the force, without already having learned the force technique in the first place.
Someone who reads your mind leaves his own open to be read. So fucking retarded. THIS ISN'T HARRY POTTER!
What if she's a clone made out of Luke's hand? Would explain why she's a Mary Sue, or atleast partially?
People complain that Darth Maul didn't have a personality
But Neither did a lot of great screen villains
Jaws
Mike Meyers
Jason Vorhees
Terminator
I feel like people who complain about this don't really understand the language of cinema
>>64425053
Is this bait? This is bait right? Are you retarded?
>>64425053
Yeah, Maul was really great.
He actually had a really cool monologue that was just used for commercials.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZE1UM6xpjM
Qui-Gon and Amidala also have "tone poems," but Maul's is the best.

What interview is this? Is there actually video to it?
Otherwise, I'm real skeptical.
>it's a Max gets transported in another dimension episode
wow! what episode was that one?
>the series finale featured Max, Norman, and Virgil pitted against Skullmaster and their previously defeated foes. Both Norman and Virgil are killed, leaving Max to defeat Skullmaster. Unable to do so, Max uses the cap in order to time travel to the events of the first episode, creating a time paradox
I had a couple of those little toys that flipped open. I never watched the show. The spider one was my favorite.

In Interstellar, how did solving gravity grant humanity the ability to build self-sustaining space stations that can grow its own food and oxygen? Wasn't Earth running low on resources?
>solving gravity
like what does that even mean
Probably to harness gravity so they can get massive things to orbit e.g. a giant centrifuge

LOVE TARS, LOVE
Yesterday I finally watched Song of the Sea and what can I say
I'm a bit disappointed, the movie is only 90mins and still manages to drag on for a little,
but it's pretty much like the Secret of Kells in this regard, great visuals and music (unfortunately pretty much only at the end), but a serious lack when it comes to an exciting story
Fuck you i liked it
I sobbed a little when the kid confronts the old woman who had the owls. But i agree the ending was not as good as the rest of the film

>But i agree the ending was not as good as the rest of the film
what, no it's the other way around

How did people from other countries like it? A big complaint when it was released in Ireland was that it assumed the viewer already had a vague knowledge of irish myths and legends.
This is the little girl from Pan's Labyrinth

GOOD STAR WARS FILMS: IV, V, VI, III
BAD STAR WARS FILMS: I, II, VII
Regardless of order we can all agree on this, right? No one is stupid enough to think otherwise, I hope.

Who is your J-fu, guys?
Also I just watched Love Exposure and loved it. This place is occasionally a shithole, but it will often offer good recommendations. What are some other Sion Sono films you would recommend?
Was thinking about watching Love Exposure, now I'll definitely get on that.
And aside from me, good luck keeping this thread afloat.
>>64424158
Noriko's Dinner table is excellent, probably his second best after Love Exposure.
Cold Fish is also great, very dark comedy and very violent.
Why Don't You Die in Hell? Is probably the one closest in style to Love Exposure, but is way over the top, but that's what makes it good.
>best film of the decade tier
Love Exposure
>great tier
Strange Circus
>good tier
Suicide Club
Noriko's Dinner Club
>acceptable tier
Cold Fish
Why Don't You Play in Hell?
Guilty of Romance
Why haven't these two fucekd yet?
Because there's nothing hollywood kikes hate more than a white man/white woman relationship especially one that would produce a great crop of strong white children.
