What are some good patrician movies to watch?
Please no pleb shit.
Do you like this movie? Why or why not?
What's the most you ever lost in a coin toss?
You ever dance with the devil in the pale moon light?
I couldn't decide if I should go to McDonald's for Taco Bell fourth meal so I flipped a coin. Lost and had to get it, thankfully it's open 24 hours. Got a double quarter pounder, two large fries, 20 piece chicken mcnuggets, and some Coke.
Not even joking unfortunately.
What's your favourite composition?
Your favourite ones?
bump my thread with content, man
I'd be better if we posted with source.
This while movie is on topic
What is the best cinema ever and why is it 2001 A Space Odissey?
Is James Franco powerful and influential in Hollywood, like if he wanted you to become a lead role in a blockbuster movie, he can pull some strings to make it happen?
He is giving off that vibe. Like he's the man behind the curtains ordering producers and directors around. Anyone else feels the same?
He can be the man behind my curtain, if you catch my drift?
eh eh ;-)
How will he ruin this franchise?
Good christ, Idris Elba is going to be Gordon isn't he
What's the problem with the force awakens music?
When you hear binary sunset you understand how Luke feels, with Reys theme it doesnt feel like it communicates anything, why?
Only one song was actually composed and directed by Williams.
The rest are not.
Also different orchestra.
Death Star 3, Maz Memenata and the OST are arguably the worst things about TFA
ITT: The forgotten franchises of Hollywood
Films which were might to be the next big thing and never got it
Its a pity about this, I thought it was alright and more of a Indiana Jones movie than Kingdom.
Crane fight was unforgivable though
What is your favourite 'coming of age' film?
Pic related hits me in the feelings every time. Kate Hudson should've won the Oscar
I HAVE FAILED YOU ANAKIN.
What does it mean?
Letting him fight in the Clone Wars when Obi Wan knew he was full of hate and rage and conflicted as a person was the dumbest fucking thing he could have done as a teacher and mentor with knowledge that Anakin could be corrupted by the Dark Side. It's almost as if he wanted him to fail cause he was jealous.
>“Individually and collectively, these shows speak for themselves,” Comedy Central’s President of Original Programming Kent Alterman said in a statement.
Who does she blow to keep her show on air? She gets lower ratings than Key and Peele.
Disney just gave you exclusive permission to replace one of the Star Wars spin offs, what do you replace it with?
For me it would have to be a general grievous film. This guy had a pretty eventful and interesting life.
If JJ doesn't utilize all the dormant battle droids in the next two films I'm gonna be pissed there is a fucknig army just waiting on standby for someone to use.
ITT: Pilots that deserved to be picked up.
I'll start, Coffin Dodgers.
Just finished Twin Peaks. Help me buy into the hype? Because the second season was such a fucking train wreck, I'm having a hard time understanding why anyone would want a revival.
They killed off one of the best characters in the first season (Leland Palmer's transformation was amazing to watch, thanks to Ray Wise's performance.) Then they turned one of the best femme fatales on small-screen, Audrey Horne, into a fucking shitty little cookie-cutter success story. Maybe the writers were banking on me being distracted by the addition of Heather Graham as Annie in season two, but she fucked blew it. She sounded like she was at a table read in every scene, looking up every other sentence because she obviously had a hard time remembering her lines.
As for plot structure, I knew what I was getting myself into, in terms of bizarre, with David Lynch at the helm and all, but at least the first season did a much better job of tying things together. The second season just created more plot holes than it answered questions.
There's nothing to get. You just didn't like Lynch and Frost. It's okay.
Season 1 is godly and the pilot is fan-fucking-tastic.
Season 2 is shit because
>Frost and Lynch fighting
>Network messing with show
Everyone agrees the second season is mostly garbage but it was because Lynch was being pressured by executive jews to solve the mystery when he didn't want to and cared about the series less afterwards. He'll have more control in the revival so there's something to look forward to.
