You guys should be nicer

i get my feelings hurt daily on this board
yet i keep coming back like a battered housewife
Who is the modern day Kubrick? It used to seem fairly obvious that it was Nolan, but now I'm thinking that it might actually be Synder.
You mean who is the modern day director who takes 8 years between movies and makes them with autistic perfectionism and each one is a take on a different genre?

He makes functional well crafted products but he lacks the artistic ambition.
LMAO
RIP capeshit retards
Not /tv/ related.
"Reeree" is slang for retard
Uh who cares? A black guy and a woman already pilot iron man suits.
Name a more forgettable movie?
>>71715710
I wouldn't say A New Hope is a forgettable movie, anon.
I'd tell you a more forgettable movie but I forgot it.
almost every action movie from the 80's - 90's
almost every horror film from 2005 - present
I saw this show when I was a wee lad where a team of people were tasked with creating a hoax of the lochness monster. The team made an animatronic nessie head and piloted it along a tourist boat to test it's realism and people freaked.
Now after a shit ton of time thinking I have no clue what this show is but I need to know so I can prove to myself i'm not insane.
>bump

Will she have a successful career after Ga me of Thrones?
>>71715433
Most likely no.
No, she's too ugly.
hopefully porn
This is fucking unwatchable.
I only made it 25 mins in until I had to drop it.
I wasn't expecting season 1.5 but this is just ridiculous, it between characters and situations and there is no incentive to pay attention to anything.
I get that they rushed it after the success of s1 but still, how do you fuck up this bad.
And the chick wasn't convincing as as sheriff in the slightest.
>>71715366
It's absolute shit and it gets ever worse. It's not even good even if you stick with it and accept its established quality.
becomes good after ep 4
>>71715366
the success of Season 1 was all due to Fukunaga.
>it's a "Louis pisses off a Wrestling coach and gets a workout till he pukes'' episode
>>71715363
i really felt bad for louie on that part
>It's a Macho Man laughs in Louis' face and walks away episode
>it's a "Louis asks for angels all over his body" episode
Is this wrestling kino?

Rawhide is a pretty catchy song
>>71714727
I think he may in the very beginning stages of a dementia.
I recently saw a video on his instagram that was linked on some Star Trek twitter account of his eating an ice cream cone in Manhattan.
He bit the bottom of the cone and sucked the rest of the ice cream out of the cone and he even put the comment "ice cream game on fleek" on the account.
I didn't know whether to cringe or feel embarassed or sad. It was weird.
What did /tv/ think of this?
What's the best Le Carre adaptation?
>>71714532
Best is A Perfect Spy
>>71714843
That's clearly Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy though
>>71714532
The Night Manager is okay. i found everything about it pretty compelling yet still somewhat of a letdown. i can't put my finger on it. the cast was great, the international setting stellar, the cinematography tops, but something was missing, possibly a better screenplay or direction. maybe b/c it was so by the numbers, i found my interest fizzling by the latter episodes. good series, could have been great.
as for best Le Carre adaptation, from what i've seen, i'd say it's Tinker Tailor...
