So im gonna go see BvS tomorrow and because of that i just watched Man of Steel for the first time.
I never was a fan of Superman, more of a Batman guy.
But holy shit this was some good capeshit.
Im now defintely sure that Disney never gonna do capeshit right and we are left with Fox and WB.

>But holy shit this was some good capeshit.
You mean "capekino".

People who are expecting capeshit will be disappointed with BvS. If you liked Man of Steel you're one step closer to experiencing the absolute capekinography that is BvS.
No capeshit movie is above 7/10
>>67499055
But you just posted a 9/10 one.
>>67499124
No it's not, it's 7/10
>>67499207
That's an excellent reply, buddy. "Nuh-uh!"
Really fucking solid. You posted an opinion, someone else posted a conflicting one. The next step is justify your own or pull apart theirs, not just repeat yourself like an infant.
For the record, I consider the following movies above 7/10 - there are no 10/10 capeshit films as far as I'm concerned.
9/10
1. 1978 Superman
2. 2012 Dredd
3. 2004 The Incredibles
4. 1989 Batman
5. 2008 Iron Man
8/10
6. 2005 Batman...

Leave the box office to me.
COME BACK JIM
>>67498943
I almost miss the Avatar fanboys. The capekino spammers make them look good.
>you will never make a film with James 'King of the world and the box office' Cameron
Why didn't he just throw the goddamn spear?!
>>67498844 because hollywood
Did you not see him struggling to push it through Doomsday's chest? There's no way he had enough power to throw it accurately through his heart, it took everything in him just to fly with the thing in his hands
>>67498844
They should of shown him barley flying and struggling more the closer he got. It would of made it more emotional.
Anybody else happy that we didnt have to slog through 3 pointless "pre-movies" just to get to some nice ensemble action?
I think this is one thing DC did well in there pr department. Movie watchers dont need 4 individual movies for the next Avenger or whatever. Why not just start with it?
Im hyped for JL mainly because I didnt have to see some pointless origin story for aquaman or flash that had no connection to the movies that matter except to bring the normal populace up to speed on someone who can run fast.
>>67498793
Except I've seen so many people going
"Who was that guy in the armor?"
"What was that floating box??"
>>67498793
>>67498807
Does it really matter? The movie isnt really for them, and they'll go see it anyway.
How many viewings did it take for you to realize that BvS is the greatest capeshit of all time?
About 4 for me.
>>67498752
You mean CAPEKINO
I unironically plan on seeing it 3 times this coming week
>>67498752
Go shill somewhere else
Holy shit is this guy fucking annoying
>muh city

Has he always had the no killing rule
Why didn't he just turn one of Harry's shoes into a port key,
so when he went to put them on in the morning it would transport him to the graveyard?
Seems a bit retarded to organise a whole tournament and have to rig every round.
He pretty much wasted 9 months.
>>67498061
because they were waiting for pettigrew to get his shit together and resurrect moldy voldy, I guess.
Plus Hogwarts in under Dumbledore's protection.
The tournament isn't.
>>67498061
why didn't harry just buy a gun?
how the fuck does something like this happen?
how do you fuck up making a movie about the two most iconic superheroes of all time, with a budget of almost half a billion dollars?
You put a total hack in charge.
>>67498057
>greatest director of our generation
>""a total hack""

Simple: you fundamentally misunderstand both Batman and Superman as characters. You get caught up in what they can and can't do and you forget why they do it.
Batman should be dark, and gritty, and a bit grim. But a good Batman depiction shows him as being, fundamentally, an optimist.
A Batman that was true to the comics would show him as honestly believing that there will come a day where he can hang up his cape because Gotham doesn't need him anymore.
Then on the other end, you have...

Who else found this disturbing?
What's up with his face?
Is that bizarro superman?
>>67497870
It got nuked. I'm not exaggerating thegovernment nuked him and doomsday and it exploded 2-3 feet away from his face and blew all the skin off.
*record scratch*
*freeze frame*
Yup, Thats me. You're probably wondering who im telling to stop
DO YOU HAVE THE TIME

GOODBYE HORSES
I'M DROWNING OVER YOU
>it ain't me starts playing
Just got out of a midnight showing of deadpool. Why is this a bad movie again guys? I had a decent time watching it.
It's above common Marvel crap because it pretty much abandons the pretense of emotion and goes full quip. Other than that, it's just like all Marvel movies with shitty villain and lots of goons to be disposed of with reckless abandon.
Because reddit liked it
Because everyone on /tv/ is a contrarian and if something is popular it means it's going to get shat on. So it would make sense everyone here "hates" the highest grossing r-rated movie of all time. Shit if anything it should get praised because Mel Gibsons Christshit finally got BTFO.
Explain why videogames are worse than films/movies
They aren't, except that it's a younger medium. That's it. Both sides run the total spectrum from worst to best.
>>67496588
We don't want your medium-tempered opinions here, faggot.
>>67496487
why? probably because its main target audience is 14 year old boys.
Are there people out there that deny the greatness of "The Warriors"? Please tell me why they exist?
It's a good, fun flick but it's also baby's first cult film (next to Rocky Horror) so I think people in that awkward stage of feeling like they have something to prove to anonymous strangers on the internet rip on it a little unfairly.
>>67496095
it was alright
points were definitely deducted for having a manlet mc
>>67496242
I like to personally read it as a 90 discussion on racism and race politics. I think that's why it's held up for me longer than say Rocky Horror. I just has more to say than just LMAO LOOK ALIEN TRANNYS!!!!!!!11!
>Sir, we're planning to shoot something about video gam-
>Get me Felicia and Will on the phone RIGHT NOW!!!
What about Munnster? Olivia Munn?
>>67495898
Why do they have to be so popular? Like what in the actual fuck kinda world do we live in where those plebs get tons of screen time
>>67495898
Why these two? I have never heard of them talking about video games, ever.
