Anyone else hype for this?
>because boyhood was such an abysmal failure, let me give you the spiritual sequel to the one movie I made people liked
Oh say can you see! Oh say can you see!
>daily reminder that Adi's favorite movie was King Kong
Did she died? :(
It's been about a year since Community ended.
Was it a good show?
Did it only get one season on Yahoo? I started it, but couldn't bother to keep up with it.
>easter on normiebook
>feed is full of xeno eggs pics and le funny facehugged bunny maymays
>getting 3 tags per hour because you're known as "the Alien dude"
every fucking year.
The dude among a group of friends who's a huge fan of the Alien movies?
Throws autistic tantrums whenever AVP or Prometheus comes up in a discussion?
Tries to seduce girls at the bar telling them about the sexual undertones and implications of the franchise, pointing out that the aliens' head is shaped like a penis and the predators have vagina mouths?
I'm sure you've met one before.
Why is this a good film?
What are some movies similar to Dredd?
>tfw there will never be a Dredd 2
BRUCE YOU WERE RIGHT ALL ALONG!

>Bring him on board.
What did he mean by this?
>you will die in Kirk Douglas's lifetime
Be 27 years old. Friends from high school used to always wear Evil Dead / Army of Darkness shirts. I got the idea that this shit has a cult following, but just never bothered to check it out until recently. Got started this weekend by renting the 2013 remake, then watching the original.
Purists will probably hate me for saying this, but I actually preferred the remake. This by no means implies that Evil Dead '13 is a GREAT movie (I'd probably give it a 6/10 at best). I just really feel that the original is a complete piece of shit.
>You don't get it though. Sam Raimi had limited resources for the first one. That adds to the movie's charm!
>You're missing the humor of the original!
I didn't laugh once. Nothing was scary. Visual effects were an abomination. Cornball, dated dialogue. Awful acting, with exception to Bruce Campbell.
My take on Evil Dead 2013?
>Effective gross-out moments
>Drug detox subplot adds another layer to the story
>Jane Levy was convincing in her role
>All other actors were completely forgettable
>Characters make frustratingly stupid decisions, typical of most horror movies
Full disclosure: I have yet to watch Evil Dead 2 or Army of Darkness, so here's to hoping those bring Sam Raimi back in my good graces...
how does the top part attaches to the bottom part?
I live in Ireland.
I spoke to a friend of mine last night, who told me how he smoked hash with the guy who won the Oscar this year for Best Short Film (He was a freind of his housemate).
He also told me about another guy he knows from Killarney who sold ecstacy a few times to Michael Fassbender, as well has having been in school with him. Here is some juicy Fass-gossip:
>he wanted to start a band in secondary school
>no one wanted to be in a band with him
