I skipped it on both watches. Then again, I always skip musical segments. No exceptions.

What about, like, Fantasia?

Did you skip all of Les Miserables then?

Just finished watching BvS for the first time. Can someone please explain to me what Batman's character motivations and story arc were in the film?
I can understand why he would hate Superman because of the Battle of Metropolis destruction but for the life of me I don't get why he would want to go as far as to kill him considering that Superman had basically been saving people and being.. well.. a superhero for 18 months while Batman searched for the Kryptonite
>Inb4 2deep4u
Batman was experiencing a nihilistic disillusionment in his heroic ideals after the Black Zero event and from that moment had become increasingly embittered and hardened. Superman giving his life to stop Doomsday restored his faith and his ideals.
It was meant to be a metaphor for post 9/11 disillusionment in America.
he had a bad dream
>>71780177
I understand that and I get that that's why he hated Superman but I dont see that as good enough reason for the goddamn Batman to decide to murder someone in cold blood
Thoughts?

That's a movie I recall seeing 12 years ago
I enjoy it.

Its not by alphabet its by date actually..., if that annoys you I can do it alphabetically which will actually work with or without the folder thing
Who is the biggest cuck in film criticism and why is it Chris Stuckmann?
Tell that to Zod's snapped neck

What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the Internet? Think again,...

You forgot your trip code
It was a bit forgettable, given how many Tarzan movies there have been, but overall I enjoyed it. I liked the tone and storyline - felt closer to Burroughs' works, which was good. Skarsgard was a good Tarzan, visuals were solid (glad it wasn't all green screen like Jungle Book), I like Margot but they could have found someone better for Jane, action was good, Yates did a good job directing.
I hope it makes enough money internationally, wouldn't mind a sequel.
7/10
>>71779603
what would the sequel be about?
>>71780686
Not sure but there are plenty of Edgar Rice Burroughs' novels they could draw from

Is there a more poetic and deep capeshit scene than this?
>>71779599
No, this is the top of capeshit.
Still a billion yers away from TRUE CAPEKINO.
>>71779599
Wow, you just figured out this when the whole internet already did. Come on, i bet there are a bunch of other scenes you could use.
It WOULD have been great if they had actually killed him off instead of having a fight where NOTHING happened and then Cap and Tony basically have a "But we're still cool, right?" moment right before the credits.
CW sucked ass.

Who has been an A-lister for the longest time?
My guess is Eastwood as he is been very famous since The Fistful of Dollars (1964)
Does anyone comes close?
>>71778890
Spaghetti Westerns weren't very popular at the tome.
Tom Cruise is the closest thing to a consistent A-list celebrity for decades. Over 30 years now, not pigeon holed into niche roles yet, and still one of the highest grossing actors. Others have been famous longer, but few have been A-list as long.
>>71779019
What about The Good, The Bad and The Ugly?
>>71779026
Thats true I guess, the most consistent is either him or Tom Hanks
