13 cents per post
Anyone else bothered by how terrible everyone is at surviving in this?
>What would you do different?yes we know it's a shitty show move along
the best case scenario was for them to out shoot the first encounter. I feel like they could've won it easily, but they were cocky assholes and underestimated them, so it slowly got more and more difficult for them to win in any outcome. It would've been really stupid if they killed Trevor's group and another one was set up which, I think, wouldn't have been the case

This.
Also, if they have fucking rocket launchers, and they know groups of bikers keeps trying to ambush them, maybe it would be a good idea to carry the rocket launchers on their little trips? Boom - road is clear, let's continue our journey to hilltop and see that doctor.
I would take the express train to peepeepoopoo land.
Do people actually go to the movies alone? I always thought this a /tv/ meme but I was going to see Zootopia with my girlfriend today and there was actually someone who went alone to see it.
It was the weirdest thing, he was in his 20's, dressed very poorly and obviously had snuck in candy because he rattled everytime he walked. We were a bit scared that he was going to shoot up the place half way through. He also looked nervous and kept on glancing behind him. Maybe he knew that we were talking/laughing about him.
What kind of fucking weirdo would go to the movies alone?
good question, anyone care to answer?
>>67948695
Who cares
>>67948746
I do.
Often times I just want to see the latest movie, as a critical experience so I can review it properly.
I go with friends or family after that. I'm not a fucking psychopath.

Do you think, given the time and resources, he could've found a way to destroy Dr. Manhattan?
So what was in the BOYS folder?
Just got back form this. Can you pinpoint when everything went to shit?
For me it was right after the bvs fight, after that everything in the movie was fan4stic bad.
>>67948565
It was bad after the kryptonite scene at the beginnning till the knightmare scene, then it goes bad again till the fight night scene and then bad again during the funeral.
Doomsday is't finished after this movie. He comes back again and so does Superman.

Should more movies be shot in one take?
what a stupid fucking retarded thing to ask
>>67948477
Yes. Arguably not if you need fancy graphics, but those could be added later.
All theatrical plays are basically one take.
Yes, and in 60fps and first person view with user controlled outcomes too

Being a teen when this trial was going down was pretty fun. i really wish /tv/ was around for the memes tho.
Kino is a state it is a transcendental sometimes even metaphysical 'instant' of cinema which refuses dialogue or plot for pure emotion or an expression of feeling. A notable example would be this long shot which slowly pans into Batman in Christopher Nolan's 2008 (The Dark Knight) as he stands on a radio mast(55:20) as the music builds a sense of post 9/11 unease into a crescendo. In fact The Dark Knight has another of these moments as Joker hangs out of the police car licking his lips accompanied by a pulsating nihilistic droning, these are the only instances of Kino in Capeshit, other instances of Kino in modern cinema include, but are not limited by:
>The scene in No Country for Old Men where Chigurh crosses a bridge and shoots a single bird
>The ENTIRE 'Lacrimosa' sequence in The Tree of Life
>The opening scene of The Revenant
>The opening sequence of There Will be Blood
>Samsara
Attempts of 'Pseudo-Kino' (far more likely to be referred to as 'Pretend-Cinema) are few are far between but occur more often than people expect examples include, but are not limited to:
>The Stock Exchange sequence in The Dark Knight Rises
>Superman's funeral scene in Batman v Superman
>The ENTIRETY of Nicholas Refn's Drive
>Macbeth (2015)
>Mad Max: Fury Road
The only reason I'm talking about this is because I'm a tad annoyed at /tv/'s irreverent and patently inauthentic use of the term to perpetuate meme culture when there are notable and valid uses of the term which in educating yourself to such I believe will greatly progress in depth cinematic discussion on this board.
Cheers.
>he fell for the kino meme
>>The opening sequence of There Will be Blood
