I'm glad this got shafted by RLM and snubbed at the Oscars, because it just would've been more of a meme to hate. This is a fucking masterpiece, and I'm not surprised that a bunch of fat guys who talk about B-movies and capeshit didn't like it.
My thing was this:
I like the concept, and I think if they had gone more for a documentary style of "a kid growing up" and showing major milestones and troubles with the kids life then it being a actual movie, I think it would have more impact.
Problem is, as a movie it felt very disjointed and just not very good. I thought the earlier parts of the movie were interesting, but as time went on it got worse and worse, like they didn't know what the hell to do with this and came too far to change anything.
ITT: We speculate the kinds of crazy shit that they'll do with this movie.
I think the hotdog will, at some point, be inserted into a vagina.
This is from an interview Zack Snyder made in 2008 about Watchmen. Full quotes from him:
>The average movie audience has seen — well, I can’t even count the amount of superhero movies. Fantastic Four, X-Men, Superman, Spider-Man. **The Marvel universe has gone nuts; we’re going to have a fricking Captain America movie if we’re not careful. Thor, too!** We’re on our second Hulk movie. And Iron Man — $300 million domestic box office on a second tier superhero! And not to demean Iron Man — my point is that we all know about superheroes...

>I could ask her, ”What happened to Bruce Wayne’s parents?” ”They were killed at an opera.” You’re getting to that saturation level where superhero movies, it’s hard for them to figure out what more to do.
>Proceeds to make the Waynes' death scene again
>character fires weapons without ear protection
>isn't deaf by the end of the movie
What if Zack Snyder isn't actually a bad director... but a true and hardcore Marvel fan instead?
He directed Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice so badly in order to make sure that Marvel turns out superior and wins the comic competition. The rival DC company is now falling down all because of him.
Well done, Snyder. Very well done.
What went wrong?
Nothing, just manchildren who have a hate bonner for him on IMDb giving his show 1s. I don't even like him but some people just don't get they're not the target audience for everything.
>I don't even like him but some people just don't get they're not the target audience for everything.
This. I've only seen him through retsupurae and know enough about him to know that he isn't my style, but following he obsessively just to hate on him is for losers.
Plus, when I was a kid, I liked plenty of dumb shit so it's fine of kids these days to have dumb shit they like.
What do you think was in his thoughts when this happened?
So yea just saw civil war. 3 words? Hella. Fukn. Epic. This is the best superhero movie of 2016. The Russo brothers? They've done it again!
Biggest movie of 2016. And it's even Bigger in Imax 3D. Bigger cgi. Bigger Sound. Biggest film experience. Best on-screen marvel universe installment since iron man 2. Marvel has done it again, dudes.

He should have killed himself at the end.
It was the only thing to do at that point.
Is The Big Bang Theory proper sitkino? It seems like plebs can't understand its complexity, maybe because it was made to make smart people laugh
I'm going to get shit for this but the first few seasons were great. It wasn't quipcore/memecore like now, it was quite funny with acceptable levels of character development for a sitcom. Sheldon and Penny carried those first few seasons
I love that episode where Penny gets hurt in the shower and Sheldon has to take her to the hospital
