Could anyone here explain to me the logic behind the latest actions of this character? Is there something that I'm missing or is it just an example of terrible writing?
>Doesnt seem to care about Stannis and his army, who for all he knows is currently sieging Winterfell
>Suddenly has no beef in using magic
>It's getting closer and closer to Melisandre, to the point of giving her an awful "believe in yourself" speech

Is Deadpool a cuck? His girlfriend/fiance is a literal prostitute. It seems unlikely that she stopped working as soon as they started dating. That means she was still having sex with men for money while they were dating. How could you ever like a superhero who willingly lets himself get cuckolded like that?
Why does Interstellar get so much flak from edgelords for using love as a main theme when Solaris does the same thing?
it's the one flaw in the movie, and it was obviously intentional. no one wants to complain about magical portals to blackhole solar sysems to migrate too by flying away earth instead of fixing the crops or moving to mars
love was the flaw.
we get it.
STOP INVINCIBLE SON
Who was in the wrong here?
The only reason Bane had to crash the plane with no survivors was to find out what Pavel told CIA.
If Pavel had not been greedy and went looking around for a better offer then none of those people would of had to die.

What is the best Kitchen Nightmares?
I nominate the one where some twins with downs syndrome inherit a bunch of money, buy an Italian restaurant, and run it into the ground.

He made Down Terrace in 8 days on a budget of 8000 dollars, most of that going for camera rental and Red Bull. Now, a few years later, he directed High-Rise and is currently working on Free Fire (produced by Scorsese).
What are you guys working on? Advice? Rants? Questions? Anything? Discuss.
Trailer for Down Terrace:
Two making of articles where Wheatley explains how he made the film:
It helped that Ben constant;y filmed stuff with his friends and uploaded that shit to his website.
And he's done Free Fire now, so hopefully that means he'll move on to that Wages of Fear remake with his same old pals.
What am I working on? Writing mostly. Being lazy and depressed. Do plan on potentially filming something this late summer. Possibly a short.
someone is very happy cruz dropped out of the presidential race
This is an actual movie poster.
>schizo goes nuts and murders his family
>his legacy lives on through shitty horror popcorn flicks that have been done so many times it's nearly impossible to name them all off the top of your head
So, what are some good political thrillers and espionage-fiction movies with good characters and nice action?
I just watched The Manchurian Candidate from '62 and it was pretty good, but I want something with a bit more action, like the Bourne trilogy or pic related, minus the costumed heroes thing of course.
Generally, most classic thrillers are light on action. It's all about paranoia and trying to outthink/outmaneuver your enemies while figuring out what's really going on. The Filmmakers said the were influenced by the tone of the movie "Three Days of the Condor," which is a classic political thriller and well worth watching, but it's very light on action.
How would you rate the Lotr/Hobbit movies?
Return of the King = Fellowship > Two Towers >>>>> Unexpected Journey = Five Armies >> Desolation
