It's an æternal struggle between our love of underage female leads and oscillating hatred for cartoons
>Stephen Colbert wants to bring gender equality to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which he called a “sausage fest” on Tuesday’s episode of “The Late Show.”
>“And I gotta say, all that Spandex really showcases the sausage,” Colbert said. His take on the movie studio was in reaction to “Iron Man 3” writer and director Shane Black claiming that Marvel demanded he change the villain in the film from female to male because a female villain toy wouldn’t sell as well.
How will capeshit fans ever...

>>Stephen Colbert wants to bring gender equality to the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Maybe he should try bringing an audience to his show, first.
>>69767501
what, being villains in real life wasn't enough?

>Marvel demanded he change the villain in the film from female to male because a female villain toy wouldn’t sell as well.
Was Tony's ex girlfriend supposed to be the "le epic twist Mandarin"?
> Shane Black: "It’s not to ‘improve,’ it’s make it fun, make it different, make it organically different. So what’s the extension of it that makes sense, that’s exciting? There have been a lot of changes to Stan’s design over the years. These different Predator movies have done different things. Ultimately it’s not about design to me, it’s about the story you want to tell. There are people who are always going to agonize over Iron Man, what color his suit is. Maybe this weapon does a new thing, but if the story is not good I don’t...

Colonial Marines.
Shane has a good track record except for iron man 3 (and that's probably because Disney runs marvel with an iron fist)
Should be a FUN movie
Honestly? More lore and to give Predators distinct personalities.
What are some good movies ruined because the villain was completely awful and his plan was largely idiotic and based solely on coincidences? Bonus points if the movie would have been mostly the same without the villain even being in it

Why did nobody tell me that Miles Teller used to be arabic
I forgot Kassem even existed. The hell is he up to these days?
>>69767270
Apparently he was in Winter Soldier briefly so I'd guess he's trying to get into acting.
>>69767270
He sold company to Disney for either 500 million or a billion, can't be find the right number. Since he became a millionaire he's stopped making videos and only released a couple of hour long specials on ghost hunting and finding bigfoot
What does /tv/ think of Jimmy Carr?
>>69767019
Wouldn't be surprised if it turned out he was a necropheliac or something along those lines. For no reason at all he just strikes me as creepy.
He thinks of himself as smart. I can't stand that kind of person.
Annoying laugh I can't unhear now
>It's my birthday
>now it's time for me to light my candles
Is this an example of when quips go wrong?

The Amazing Spiderman 2 was not that bad. Cheesy and a little overstuffed, maybe, but still good.

It's shit, Ridley hasn't made a good movie since Body of Lies.
The Martian is a fun movie, but no. Just no.
>>69766776
it's more like a discovery channel faux doco than a movie though. it's not superior to 2001 in any way

She was with Han after Hoth, then everyone was busy preparing to save Han after Empire. Not even Luke went back between Empire and Jedi, and when he did Yoda died.
>>69766672
You think Yoda wants to deal with two fucking kids for 20 years?
>>69766672
Because they were hedging their bets. Split the kids up. If the dark lord Prometheus finds one and turns it or kills it, they've got a backup copy somewhere in hell.

Ok /tv/ I'm tired of being that fag that only watches top movies (or films or flicks or whatever the fuck). Give me something to watch during the beautiful morning that I probably haven't seen yet. Even if I don't like it it'll at least lead me to something hopefully

Not trying to shill or anything, but look up the service "Mubi" which has 30 movies at a time (they get one/lose one every day). A bunch of hipster artsy-fartsy movies but they've had some good ones in their lineup. Lots of obscure and foreign films. They've had maybe 2 or 3 titles I've heard of.
>>69766999
Their compression sucks and constantly has to buffer.
OP get Hulu+.
How many times have you seen it /tv/?
i saw the first one twice and the second one once.
i've seen serpico like 20 times. the godfather might as well be about the smurfs, i could care less.
>>69766525
I just re watched GF1 for the first time. Holds up extremely well on a second viewing, wouldn't say I enjoyed it more than I did when I first watched it tho.
>tfw there is most certainly a large number of /tv/ users that have never seen the Godfather
This disturbs me deeply
