How do you compate Batman V Superman's Martha revelation to GoT's Hodor revelation?
>>70280236
Hodor's death was sadder than Superman's death. The Hodor revelation was a lot more tragic than Batman's "what have I become" revelation.
Hodor's revelation was so fucking stupid, I just burst out laughing during it.
Martha's was much more believable funnily enough

True. Seeing him lying on the ground and becoming permanently scarred due to Bran ;_;
why did Hans remove the silencer here?
I don't know, WHY?
>>70280080
so his gun wouldn't have a silencer on it
So he could attach his loudener
>Paul Dano reportedly stayed in character during the filming of 12 Years a Slave.[10][11] This led to a number of awkward interactions with the predominantly black cast and the film's director, who is also black. According to lead actor Chiwetel Ejiofor, Dano took to calling the black actors "minstrel niggers" and would feign a stereotypical slave accent when conversing with director Steve McQueen, calling him "massa" and "boss nigger".[10][12]
wow... really makes you think
Classic Dano
They dont call him the classic for nothing
I guess this is why his career has stalled.
Okay /tv/. For once, can we have a nice, civilized thread about this movie without mentioning "dubs" or anything else meme-related?
Without mentioning what?
No because it's a meme movie. That's as bad as posting a picture of CIA and saying lets have a serious discussion about it, or a picture of the driver.
>Plans to see the Broadway musical adaption
>Months ago bought tickets for June 11th
>Not hyped, but still really excited for it because I enjoy the movie and book a lot
>Heard the London adaption did great
>Get notification that the musical is being cancelled and is ending June 5th
>No time to get tickets before that date
I don't want to talk about American Psycho.

John Smith did nothing wrong.
>>70279986
No. It's like LOST but without any of the craft, likable characters, or intrigue
i started watching but like into the 4th or the 5th episode i just couldn't care less about the premise
>whats is it living in hell like: The Show
So Did Civil War Win In terms of """Studio""" Rivalry?
Civil War "won" in terms of making the most money and being the safest critical success.
However, Deadpool EASILY made the most money in comparison to its budget and expectations. Deadpool is the real winner because it's something different, and it succeeded heavily as well. Forget about Civil War, Deadpool is the one that will be the biggest influence on the near-future of movies/capeshit.

Well...this.
>Transformers franchise is mocked and ridiculed by the public especially for it being directed by Michael Bay
>Everyone praises Avengers as the second coming of Christ and all of Capeshit despite it being the exact same films

Real men step up when boys step down.

>Warcraft originally released November 23, 1994- twenty-two years ago
>online users have dropped from 12 million to 5 million in past six years
Why was now the right time for a movie?
To get people to care again
Game of Thrones made that medieval shows/movies cool again.
>>70279507
>world of warcraft is the entire warcraft franchise

What do you think of him? Has he ever been in a blockbuster?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=551hF5C_hPQ
district 9 and that matt damon movie were pretty entertaining
I hate Powers
anything else?
He's pretty fucking good for someone who started acting in his first movie.
He was pretty good in Hardcore Henry, and he was the only good thing about Elysium.
He should play a villain more often but IIRC he doesn't like it much.
Guys... I think he might actually kill himself.
>>70279191
Fuck. I kind of feel sorry for him.
EVERYTHING IS FINE, PEOPLE. I'M FINE. FUKKEN FACT.
lets see what next weeks figures are like Chris

What horror movies have you seen recently? What horror movies are you excited about seeing?
Starting with a few Ive seen recently…
>Kristy (2014)
Saw this last night. One of the better slasher movies in recent memory. Ending could have been stronger but overall I enjoyed this one quite a bit.
>We Are Still Here (2015)
Also enjoyed this one. Ive disliked most of the art house/indie horror Ive seen recently, but this movie actually managed to do slow burn horror well.
>Bride of Re-Animator (1990)
This was really disappointing to me. I love the first Re-Animator but had never seen the sequels so decided to give it a watch. The story is mediocre, some of the acting is horrendous, its dull, and just feels cheap. Combs is great though.
