I thought American Psycho was getting a sequel from the thumbnail
I know I'm not being fresh by saying it but he really went over the top in the 3rd season. There's spotty to brilliant then there's shit that just doesn't need to exist - it's like he was making fun of how shit loiter squad was towards the end.
this is gonna go the way of t&e, i hope not at least.
Memes aside, what do you think of his taste in film?

>>71995627
Lots of those are pretty good but when you hear him talk about film it is pretty clear he doesn't know much about it. His praise for the Batman films is a really got insight into his lack of taste. Not because they are awful but that he praises them for things they don't even do.
>>71995972
>he praises them for things they don't even do.
What?
>Hispanic Character
>Brown Injun Mestizo
Why doesn't hollywood ever show the white hispanics like Spaniards in movies?
I'm a spic
Are we white now?
>>71995296
aronofsky knows
None of them are white
So I’m a screenwriter by trade, and box office projections for suicide squad have been good enough to warrant the start of preproduction. I was hired by Warner Brothers to work on a character treatment of the new joker so they could figure out how he would develop over the next installment. Everything was very hush hush; they only gave us the cold open of the film which covers his origin story, they collected our phones before the session, and scripts were promptly collected before we left. I’m honestly risking my career by sharing this, but the character impacted me so...

Fake post
Generating buzz and tension before just coming out and having your say proves that this is fiction and you're trying to tell a story, not the truth.
Should have kept it a long post.
OR... show some proof that you're a screenwriter at all, in any capacity
>not nominated for one of the most complicated, nuanced performances seen on television in the last ten years
Guess everyone is just /got/babbies who think Bryan Cranston screaming around for an hour is 'top tier television'
I started this but got bored
>>71995360
you should join the Emmy voting committee
I really enjoyed what I watched but I stopped with like 2 episodes left. Just kinda felt like it had hit it's high point and then I started watching the wire and got a bit more invested. I think this would have been a good long movie
Why can't people just believe that he likes her? Is this going to fuck up his career?
>>71995081
Bedhopping aside, I think Taylor Swift is beautiful, extremely talented, and mostly a good person. What single guy wouldn't date her?
>>71995888
cause she's a fucking trainwreck
>>71995888
Dating her is a dumb idea because eventually she'll break up with you and trash you in her songs.
JASON (Dacre Montgomery)
>17 years old. The makings of someone or something great if he would just get out of his own way. Jason was a legend of this town—a freshman quarterback with the skills to take him all the way. People knew his name. Children wore his jersey. Until, one night Jason wrapped his car around a pole and busted out his knee. Everything Jason was going to become ended in an instant. And with it, he lost himself. He’s a kid in need of redemption. By the end, he’ll be leading this disparate group of teens to shed their individual...

KIMBERLY (Naomi Scott)
>17 years old. Unconventionally cool all in a way the popular girls wish they were. In fact, she was one of those girls, but isn’t anymore. Not since she’s returned to school after an absence of six months. Rumors are flying as to why; rumors she seems not to care about, because she’s come back with this new rebel-without-a-cause, edgy attitude. But the truth is, it’s all masking a deep secret that makes her feel profoundly vulnerable.
Damn that is some lazy poster design
Woulda been embarrassed to show that to a client as anything other then an initial concept
BILLY (R.J. Cyler)
>17 years old, slight and awkward. Billy is challenged in his abilities to communicate and interact socially. Whip-smart and sweet, but always odd. Sometimes in a fun way, sometimes not, Billy is a kid with no filter. Showing his emotions, understanding sarcasm, and dealing with his OCD is a constant challenge. Has never really had any friends and instantly gravitates towards Jason.
Alright, which one of you absolute madmen is responsible for this?
>>71995005
I find it pretty offensive when people compare, Amy, Lena Dunham and Chloe Moretz to Miss Piggy, Miss Piggy has way more talent than any of those heifers.
>>71995060
Agreed.
Miss Piggy wasn't a whore.
Did they cancel this, it was getting together near the end.
What is objectively the best season of TNG?
The fat guy with the beard.
2 is the coziest. the Borg really change the tone of the show
>>71995247
Season 2 has "The Outrageous Okona" and a serious lack of Gates McFadden. It has a few good episodes and one excellent one, but otherwise is barely above shit tier.
After almost twenty years and thanks to Netflix I finish the X-Files
Last season was a total disaster. Still love it.
As a kid I only see until they abduct Mulder, but still watch the whole 9 seasons.
Now I feel empty.

>getting upset that employed staff workers have to do their job cleaning up the movie theater
Seriously, why would you clean up after yourself in the theater when there are people in the building whose job it is to clean up after you?
Do you throw out the trash at your workplace as well instead of letting the nightly cleaning service throw it out for you?
Don't let lazy millennials just sit their on their iPhones. Make them earn their paycheck by having them do their jobs.
This is bait
>>71994604
Again?
>>71994604
If you do this at a movie theater, fuck you. There is a trash can on the way out the door. Sincerely, the person cleaning up your mess.

Why was this shit series so popular?
Because it was good.

I really need to rewatch Planet of the Apes, such a great film. Thanks for reminding me OP
I really don't understand Stephen Chow's series of Moneky King. He made three of them. It's all dead and stale gags. The main plot is always about the guy regretting over not taking the girl.
