I unironically love this movie.
saw this yesterday. I know nothing about the games and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The only reason I can think of why people are saying it sucks is because they are used to fantasy type movies being that gritty pseudo-realistic shit. The kind of thing where everyone is wearing drab brown and grey clothes in a grey castle with a black sky, but this is very colorful and very much a fantasy movie.
