What d'you think of this show?
Why did Ridley Scott stop making good movies?
>couldn't hit the Han Solo audition out of the park, lets the role go to a manlet
Why is X-Men First Class the best X-Men movie?
>being so new that you don't know cuck is no longer filtered
How ya doing reddit!
This was my favorite series as a kid. I've ignored anything that has come out since the original three movies, though. What is worth checking out? Also, has anyone that grew up with the original series rewatched them recently? How do they hold up?
The 80's cartoon has aged really poorly. It was a cheap cash in and it starts to show that pretty quickly after the first couple of episodes.
Just a warning that the seasons from Fast Forward and onward are not that good. But make sure to check the Turtles Forever movie after you see the series. It's a pretty good sendoff to the franchise as a whole.
Give me some movies where the bad guy wins and there is no redemption for the good guys. Bonus points if the end is abrupt after the heroes are gone/dead.
When did this show officially go to shit? When they turned Stewie into a fucking fag? When they brought it back for good in 2004? When McFarlene decided to juggle this project with two other shows? Or do you think it's still in its prime?
the peanut butter jelly time gag was the first time something FROM THE INTERNET showed up on such a mainstream show
it was legitimately shocking. nowadays, there's not really a "joke" to it or any sort of recontextualization.
but at the time, NOBODY did that.
Family Guy is a good show, or at least from season 5 and later. earlier seasons sucked and have not aged well.
>this is what people thought being badass was like in the early 2000s
No wonder they all grew up to be cucks. Thank you based Arnie, Sly Seagal and Vandamme, etc for making me the alpha male I am today.
Did he do it /tv/? or is this just damage control
what upcoming movie is he trying to shill for with this meme meltdown?
This movie is AWFUL.
I'm actually angry with myself for finishing it.
What does /tv/ think of X-men First Class?
i like how the negro dies first and betty drapers thighs
The effects budget is limited and it shows, awful sets, costume design, cheap looking in general. Young adult actors are barely passable in their roles and the plot is really quite half baked.
Fassbender and McAvoy are the best part of the movie but even they couldn't save it. C+.
>watching 90s teen comedy
>pa pa pa poker face pa pa poker face stars playing
>Family film trailer
>Who Let the Dogs Out starts playing
Will we ever get a good Ayn Rand movie? I fucking loved Atlas Shrugged and Objectivism is god tier ideology, but the movie of Atlas Shrugged sucked.
>She sat listening to the music. It was a symphony of triumph. The notes flowed up, they spoke of rising and they were the rising itself, they were the essence and the form of upward motion, they seemed to embody every human act and thought that had ascent as its motive. It was a sunburst of sound, breaking out of hiding and spreading open. It had the freedom of release and the tension of purpose. It swept space clean, and left nothing but the joy of an unobstructed effort. Only a faint echo within the sounds spoke of that from which the music had escaped,...

These are the people we share a board with. Let that sink in for a moment.
