For the most part, I would visit all of them but I doubt any of the ones I colored purple will ever be stable/safe enough to do any meaningful travel to. I've been to India about five times and lived there for close to two years. I'm sure I'll be going there again by winter. In the meantime, I recently canceled a ticket to Mexico because I'm low on funds - luckily, JetBlue isn't awful when it comes to cancelations, so I still have most of the credit for the flight and will probably go in the summer or some time in May. I also have $1200 in Delta vouchers, which I'll use either to go to India again or take a trip to Brazil and Eastern Europe.

It's quite nice in Portugal. You have that typical feeling of being in a mediterranean country, but it's cheaper than Italy or Spain. Algarve is perfect if you want to have anunconcerned and peaceful holidays, but you won't see much in terms of architecture or culturally significant places.
I personally was not there yet, but people I know say Lisbon isn't worth seeing.
