Also, will be going to London in January and
France in June or July
Why do we change maps like every week
>>1061204
that's right. And the map OP used sucks balls really
I'm only 19 but blessed with parents who love to travel, so I've been to some cool places.
I just got back from a train journey to China from London, which was the best experience of my life. That said, 4 days and nights on a train from Moscow to Almaty was tough going.
I'm now planning a train trip to Iran from London when I have saved up enough cash, so that explains the green.

How much $ was the whole trip from London to China?
>>1061401
According to my bank statement I spent roughly £1500. Most of the cash was blown on trains/visas and in European cities. Once I reached Kazahkstan I was living like a king whilst spending pennies.
Moscow and Xian were probably the highlights of the trip; Xinjiang province had the most breathtaking scenery. Chengdu had the best themeparks. Pic relevent.

Awesome. I just did Helsinki to Hong Kong by train, 4 days without a stop from Moscow to Irkutsk and it was one of the highlights of the trip, just got pissed non stop on £3.50 bottles of vodka.
In a couple of years I'm planning to do London-Singapore overland via the silk route, and onward to Australia if I can arrange a freighter.
I've been to 32 US states so I had to fill the rest in pink because I'm definitely getting 50 one day.
Yes I live in both countries.
'Murican obviously. Going to Japan this coming summer. Probably doing Europe again sometime in the year after that.

ahaha my Russia to Kazahkstan was a mighty 4 day bender aswell. That said, it was cut short by a Kazahk policeman who after checking our passports confiscated all our booze and threatened us with arrest - as the drinking age in Kazahkstan is 21. We were shit scared as he screamed in our faces and pointed repeatedly to the Kazahk Law Codex book, page 900. I assumed he was telling us the laws we had broken, but after 5 minutes of bellowing at us he exasperatedly looked to the sky and ambled away with our drink. It turns out - according to a kindly Kazahk lady who slept on a nearbly berth - that he was demanding a bribe, and that the page number was the ammount of currency he wanted.
The irony was not lost on her either.
Most of my travels have been because of a school partnership programs, ex was from France so I went there a couple of times. Vacation to spain. Oh and Nigeria was/is work related.

how much time did your trip take? Also did you travel alone?
>>1061761
Just under two months. From London to Moscow I was with 1 friend from school, then another mate flew out to Moscow, then a 3rd guy flew out and met us in China. One guy spoke Russian and another Mandarin, which was very fortunate.
