Assuming blue is LOCKED because of how OP it is, I would personally choose the Green pill. I'm thinking purely from a "what would improve my life the most" and not just minmaxing shit. Orange is the next best one (while red might be better in a lot of cases), but there's no fun in doing anything if you just instantly are the best at it. The Green one is simply the most interesting while still needing to learn how to utilize it.

It literally gives you super strength, illusion, and reflex already bulit into it and you can SPEEDFORCE to learn shit however fast you fucking want either by time travel or ridiculously fast research. If blue indeed allows teleporting to alternate dimensions, it would be absolutely, ridiculously overpowered.
However, if it meant only teleporting anywhere in this universe, I'd go for the black pill. Make money from lottery and stock market for "the Batman Superpower" of being rich, and you can change the world in pretty much any way physically possible. I might make some enemies that way, but with a month of clairvoyance I'd never be cornered, and I could do even the most ridiculously dangerous stuff without risking anything.
My third choice would be orange. Not only masterful stock-brokering and persuasion, but I'd also masterfully meditate into a state of pure bliss, motivate myself to superior work out via superior dynamic tension, and stay healthy with superior self-awareness. In fact, scratch the black pill, THIS is what I'd pick for the second choice!
