There is one question that is floating around my head from when you first showed this picture: considering that this is a medieval armor, made in times where one should get the most effective and at the same time cheap protection, would it make sense to have that special deformation in the helmet for the ears? I can understand for ceremonial armor or helmets for mammals with big ears (fennecs, jerboa, etc.) but wouldn't make more sense to have a more rounded helmet for the combat armor of the majority of mammals? Then there is the flavour that you want to input as an artist and I can't (and will never think of) stop you from doing that.

I think that they'd want to test the waters with the Big Hero 6 show long before they think of turning another movie into a series.
And even then, isn't BH6:TAS gonna be flash animated? There'd be a lotta REEEEE if that happened with Zootopia.
I'd want it to be at least traditional sketch, digital finish, so it'd be closer to the old, original Disney Afternoon style if they did do it, personally.
