I think it would be best to have a kind of slice of life story. This is particularly true if you don't want to write something terribly long. Give us a look into Pavita's life several years after coming to America, when she's completely immersed herself in the consumerism, gluttony, and sloth of the typical American life. Put her through a typical day, with multiple examples of how hugely fat and out of shape she's gotten, and how much she lives to be a mindless consumer.

Not really, no. She is based off of an old nursery rhyme from Cuba, which was made into a short cartoon. That ~3 minute cartoon is the only (official) animation of her that exists, to my knowledge. The cartoon is pretty old, and Pavita didn't really become known until a couple years back when /co/ discovered her, and the internet started churning out tons of porn.
Her name, La Pavita Pechugona, which literally translates to "The Busty Turkey".
But yeah, there's not much to her, past "melon-titted Cuban turkey", simply because she's a character from a nursery rhyme.
