There's always Choose Your Own Change, a website that hosts a whole bunch of TF CYOAs.
While the quality, completeness and precise content of routes varies wildly you can look at the outlines for any given story to see which routes have more to them.

Unfortunately, expect good threads to end almost immediately, if not entirely immediately like http://www.bearchive.com/~addventure/game1/docs/1086/1086315.html At the very least, you can add to a thread you like, but good luck getting consistent additions to anything.
Also take a look at http://www.tfgamessite.com/ which is where a lot of text games get posted/hosted. Some of them are more CYOA style, others are more adventure gamey. Feels more hypno/slave/TG/bimbo oriented than this thread's more anthro/feral type content, but you might find some good stuff.
