So how does the White Queen fight? Since she was initially passing herself off as Ali during fights I'd imagine she doesn't just go full super fighting robot. Does she use Ali's weapons or does she have her own hand-to-hand style without weapons.

Well, since Jackie was all but completely incapacitated even before the fight began, I'd say she mostly used the minimum movements required to beat her, mostly inconspicuous hand-to-hand combat. Although she did end up taking damage regardless, but that's because Jackie is an offensive powerhouse. And of course Ozpin did manage to identify her movements as 'almost simulated', so presumably it wasn't completely natural but wasn't a dead giveaway either.
Of course this would make more sense if the writer had put more thought into the events between the Dreams, the physical exam, and Day 1 Part 1. Which they probably didn't. If I were Lewis I'd be a bit embarrassed about it. Good thing I'm definitely not him though.

Well, most of their shenanigans occurred when they were young, when Alison didn't really know any better. And then Carmine's parents found out what she'd been doing so she had to stop after that.
I'd think that at that age, it would've been too early for Alison's semblance to be determined. Then again, we're never really shown how early someone can realistically develop a semblance, given that Jaune can wonder around up to age 17 without even having his aura unlocked whilst Ruby has her semblance whilst at Signal at least as early as 15.
At least it's clear that aura/semblance can't (or typically isn't) developed at a hugely young age, or else Yang probably wouldn't have been helpless against the Grimm when Qrow saved her that one time she was looking for her mother.
Hopefully, all this will be revealed at some juncture.
